I love this humifier! It's the best quality/price on the market. It has an app to control the humidity level, you can set it as you please. I set mine at 45°, for my birds. When it has almost reached the humidity level, it works in low level as it's own. You can also set it manually, if you wish. The humifier is compact, easy to refill (compared to other models) and easy to carry. It does not make much noise and has a light you can turn on, if you wish. I had the smaller modele, but I needed the bigger one, to accomodate my needs, as my appartement is VERY dry. If your room is very dry, I recommand buying the bigger model. I 100% recommand this brand!

We love Govee lights and when we discovered GoveeLife we were absolutely stoked! We bought 2 of these, one in black and one in white. One is in our kitchen and the other is in our garden room. Works fantastic with Alexa, easy to use, great quality, we really love them. Even gave them qirky names, the black one is in the garden room and is named Darth Vapor and the other in the kitchen is named Luke Skywater 🤣🤣🤣 They are incredibly quiet, auto shut off is amazing, it'll shut off (or not even turn on) when it is empty and give warning lights on the front. Easy to refill the whole top comes off. Depending on how much you use it depends on how often you need to refill. You can set a routine with it with Alexa, so we have it auto-shutoff at a certain time. With Alexa you can also control the level output in your instruction to her to turn it on. We have a regular Walmart-brand humidifier in the bedroom but connected it to a GoveeLife smart plug, and now that humidifier is named Mist Windu 🤣🤣🤣

I've had this for about a week and gone through about 4 gallons of distilled water, not running all the time, but throughout the night. I'm very pleased with this humidifier. It's holds a good amount of water (I use distilled) and emits a cool mist (not heated). You can direct the vapor as there is a vent wheel on top. Sometimes I put my little fan on top or below it or next to it and blow the mist further than it can on it's own. The manual says to put it on something relatively waterproof; not for leaks, but the water mist goes up and then comes down; so keep it about 12" from a wall so it doesn't get wet. I don't think you should put it on your furniture; I think it says not to. I sat it on a small folding step stool, which also raises the vapor. It's hard to see on a white wall, so used a flashlight to help show you the vapor with the top on and with it off. I got this for my cat actually (Smokey the Cat) because he has respiratory problems. I'm sure I'll get some benefit from it also. Smokey scares easily, so the app is convenient for me so I don't have to get up to turn it on and he doesn't even realize it (I put it next to where he naps). You don't need your phone or app to use it, but it does a few things that are convenient like changing the night-light around the bottom, you can have any color you want, change the brightness or none at all. It makes your phone a remote with a few more features than the unit's buttons. You can operate its main functions using the buttons on the front. It has three speeds and automatic; not a huge difference between each one. You can set the humidity from 40% to 80% if I'm not mistaken. When they say "whisper quiet", they ain't kidding; it's basically silent. I know it doesn't help much, but it's not too big, and not too small. I wouldn't call it a table-top model, although you could put it on one. It's about the size of an average computer tower. I don't know about it working for a 500 sq. ft. space (that's a 2-car garage), but I use it in a living/dining combo room and then move it to my small bedroom at night (Smokey sleeps with me). I may order another one so I don't have to move it. It was on the not cheap side $66 (it was $53 before tariffs), so I'll see how it works in time. I may or may not explore a heated unit, so the vapor will evaporate before it comes back down, but that takes a lot more electric than you think. If you stand right next to it pointed at you for any length of time, you'll get your clothes damp. That's not to say it makes everything wet; it doesn't.

Great smart humidifier, many controls and options via the app, set it up to work in tandem with Govee sensor. It is almost silent and doesn't bother me at all at night while sitting at the bedside..I am really happy with the purchase.
