Good value for money

My kids are 5 and 7 and they are taking them for the past week. Can’t see a change just yet but the taste is AMAZING and there are loads inside. I bought them because of the antibiotics and I wanted to see the difference between probiotic and these. I’ll update as soon as they finish the course but for now definitely five stars.

I am pleased with the daily dose, easy to swallow Good health benefits I believe that it is a good thing to take and these are a good value for money.

These capsules are a fair size, but not too large that swallowing them becomes problematic. They are odourless and tasteless. They can be taken with or without food, although I take them with my evening meal and a glass of water.The dose is two capsules daily; there are 60 capsules, and the best-before date is June 2027.Calculating the effect of supplements can be tricky, and although it's difficult to draw a definite link, I believe these probiotics have helped my digestive health. The capsules are easy to take, and although I have a sensitive digestion, the formula seems gentle. The ingredients are impressive and look to be of good quality. There appears to be a plentiful range of bio cultures.I am coeliac, so I have to be extremely careful not to ingest gluten. Not all supplements indicate whether they are gluten-free, and many use fillers and binders that contain gluten. It's refreshing to find a product that clearly states it is gluten-free, and this one does. The capsules are also kosher, cruelty-free, and soy-free.I'm happy with the product. The price is fair, and I will purchase more when these run out.I've only allocated four stars and not five because I haven't taken a whole month's dose yet and so can't categorically say how effective they are.

I have to say I was a bit sceptical when I ordered these gut health capsules. I have suffered with IBS since my late teens (many years ago now!) and I've tried many different bacteria based supplements including prebiotics and probiotics. None have really worked and in fact with some I've had adverse reactions. But this is the first time I've tried a postbiotic supplement and I have to say I'm seriously impressed. These things actually work! My gut just feels calm - the cramping, the bubbling, the frequent urge to go to the loo, all drastically reduced.I'm not claiming these supplements are a miracle cure as I do still get flare ups, especially if I eat trigger foods, but those flare-ups are significantly less intense. For an easy to take daily insurance policy against the symptoms of IBS and similar gut related issues these supplements are an absolute winner.Value wise these are a little on the expensive size as you only get 1 months supply (60 capsules at 2 a day) but for me the price is well worth paying as these work so well. Thoroughly recommended.
