Second time purchasing this Monitor. My sister liked the last one so well I gifted it to her and bought another. The newer model seems somehow lighter than the first and works even better. Great picture quality, good interface for both connecting to my computer and for watching t.v. without it. Plus, while some monitors and t.v.'s don't seem to know what to do with my sd-card readers when I plug them in...this one let me use the remote to rummage through files and load whatever pictures or videos I wanted with no problem

The monitor works very nicely for designing. The tv seems ok but I can’t change location for local channels and the remote is not user friendly as it’s small & works about half the time. Very sporadic. Think they could have supplied a much nicer designed remote. If there is a better separate remote available to purchase I would definitely consider getting one.

Wow. This is a great monitor. I got the 32” 4K with usb c. I love the picture quality. Far exceeded my expectations for the money. It also has Google tv which as it turns out is really cool. My other devices are Apple TV so this is my first google tv. Everything is integrated perfectly and I can go from working on my Brilliant monitor to watch tv. I’m really happy with this monitor and wonder why I waited so long to Buy a large 4K monitor. Getting a 27” For my wife.

I use mine as a computer monitor and the screen is bright and clear. I wish it had been easier to get it to just power on directly to the same HDMI input every time, but the setting was difficult to find and doesn't always work -- sometimes it still starts up with a prompt suggesting that I visit the smart TV home screen. Frankly, I wish that all smart TVs included an option to completely disable the "smart" part for those of us that just was a TV (or monitor). Also, for some strange reason, this thing really likes to power itself back on a few minutes after I use the remote to turn it off when I'm done using the computer (which remains running.) I cannot find any setting that would appear to control this behavior and I usually need to UNPLUG the stupid thing in order to keep it turned off. In case it isn't clear, when I say "turned on" I mean that the computer display is once again fully visible on the monitor and not just the "I have power and am ready to be turned on" LED. I would've given four stars, if it weren't for the self-power-on issue that this moronic TV has.

TV quality for visuals is awesome, and most TVs this small are 720p or mad expensive. Audio quality is meh, sounds rather distant and unimpressive. Upside, it has bluetooth so you can easily connect it to a quality sound bar or something anyway. Theres 2 things about it that royally irritate me though. 1) The blue light that pretty much any modern tech has when its powered off, but plugged in. Its in the SAME SPOT as the remote sensor, meaning i cant block that light so it doesnt illuminate my bedroom at night. 2) The TV's CEC is annoying. Ive never had a TV do this, but this thing will automatically turn itself back on about 10m to an hour after i turn it off the first time. Literally all its connected to is my xbox and the wifi, but if i have CEC enabled it keeps turning back on. This is extremely annoying when the TV is in your bedroom where even with a black screen suddenly with night-adjusted eyes the room is noticeably bright. For what i bought it for, which was a dedicated monitor above my desktop for my xbox via a triple-monitor stand, its fine. Wouldnt buy again because of the annoying poweron though, the sound is rarely a deciding factor for most people since most people have sound systems of some form anyway.

I loved this monitor but the screen would periodically flash in and out and the color would fade some. After 15 months the screen completely went black and won’t work.

Awesome purchase! The size is a plus for my office space and the functionality of having a Smart monitor is a plus to take breaks from work or studies. Works very well with my Galaxy Book5!

live in a RV and bought my smart monitor off Amazon to stream my entertainment on. The fact that it's Google based made it easy to login and set up all of my apps from my android phone. Great product, highly recommend.
