Lovely blend I've been using in my electric diffuser. It smells soothing and calming. Only need about 4 drops and it fills the air nicely.

What a lovely smell. Put some in the diffuser and the whole room smelled lovely. Also made me feel very relaxed and 'zen'. Would make a nice gift for someone.

This oil has a very nice smell, for me one that is dominated by camphor, which I happen to like. I am unconvinced that inhaling it would have any impact on your immune system of general wellness, but it is certainly a pleasant warming smell, specially in winter time. I haven't got a diffuser and would only use the hot water/bowl/towel method if I had a particularly bad head cold with blocked sinuses. Instead I applied it to a tissue and would say that a few drops go a long way. I managed to stain a bit of furniture where it seeped through, but it might come off with proper cleaning. I can feel it positively affecting my sinuses even from a few drops on the tissue, but then so would many other products including menthol ones (menthol crystals are also what I would tend to use for the bowl method of inhalation). The warnings on the box are pretty dire so just be aware that this is nit for ingestion and should be diluted before putting on your skin (amount of unhelpfully not specified). Likewise responsible disposal is required to avoid harming wildlife. Overall my impression is that this is very nice smelling but in no way unique or even especially different. As for the wider claims of health benefits, I think they are in no way proven and should be treated as wishful thinking.

I am not convinced by the health claims on the ad., except that if you add a few drops to a bowl of hot boiling water and inhale the steam you will likely clear your sinuses - but then might not another oil do as well, or even the hot steam alone? However unlike some reviewers I do love the aroma for its own sake. Camphor, wintergreen, juniper and clove make a delightful combination. This 10ml bottle is very small, but the current price of £4.49 is not OTT. If you are sure you will like this oil, the 30ml bottle @ £8.99 works out much cheaper. Either way, I would really not depend on this oil to fortify your immunity. Try eating, sleeping and exercising well instead, and by all means enjoy the oil for its aroma. I am glad the bottle is glass but would much prefer it to have a dropper. When a bottle of oil is as tiny as this one, wasting a single drop seems catastrophic.

The oil is also refreshing and beneficial to use with a few drops placed in your hankie, it really does help with congestion and opening up the sinuses. You can even add a few drops to a carrier oil such as olive oil and then use as a soothing chest rub or massage into sore muscles, I love how versatile this product is but also its effectiveness too. I love its invigorating scent which makes it enjoyable to use, it’s much like a vaporub but in oil form so much more convenient and versatile in ways to use.
