Hey Dina Willow Bonsai Tree - Thick Trunk Cutting, Fast Growing

I received one large cutting and two thinner cuttings. It’s nice the seller gives us three tries for success. The cuttings were wrapped at the bottom with a wet paper towel and that was wrapped in plastic to contain the moisture. They arrived in my mailbox across the street (Amazon typically delivers to my door). I was a little worried about this as it’s already in the 90°s here. But the heat created a little greenhouse in the box. Each cutting already had tiny buds or root already poking out.Be sure to note which end has the paper so that you put the correct end in water. Mine are currently in a clear glass enjoying some bright indirect light.I love that CZ Grain provides ample care instructions including a QR code to a video! I’ve ordered cutting online before and CZ Grain is so far the best, hands down.

I was very disappointed when I received the product. I was not as the image had shown, it was pieces of stem of the actual plant I guess where I am supposed to place it the water and hope for the roots to develp and then I am suppose the find the suitable soil and pot and hope for the best....This should have been clearly described on the page and the images should have the of the stems!!!Maybe I missed something in the description.

Opened the box to discover 3 sticks. 1 thick and 2 thin. None had any roots or sprouts but I was hopeful. I disgarded the 2 thin and placed the thick stem in water. 3 days later, I had roots popping out all over. I waited another week and there were 5 stems growing with leaves sprouting all over. Instructions say wait about 3 weeks to plant but this guy clearly wanted his pot now. It is doing very well with lots of branches and thriving. Very beautiful BUT... IT MUST DRINK DAILY or the leaves begin to wilt. If you are planning a vacation, you will need to have someone tend to it as you would a pet. Very high maintenance but worth the time and effort. Very beautiful!

I have only had product a couple weeks-It came with one thick trunk and 3 thin sticks-they recommended putting sticks in cup of water for a while but I put them in small bonsai pots and they are sprouting leaves all around. The thick trunk has some really good size branches already and I have it in a bigger bonsai pot. Time will tell but I am excited with the start and hoping for the best!!!

Product is wonderful. I followed the instructions, 2 inches in water and placed on my window sill for full sunlight for partial day. Blooming like mad and so excited to have my own Willows (yes, multiple branches sent, THANK YOU!!!) growing nicely in my house. Will plant in my bonsai soil in next few weeks!**(PRO-TIP: if your branch is NOT growing, you might have it upside down, like I did at first. Just switch it and see if there is grown within a week.)**Seller is spot on and I highly recommend this product!!!

It came with an extra cutting, and a bit of a stem coming out too and I’ve had it sprout twice since then. It’s a good product. But if you order this and think you are getting a bonsai tree you got another thing coming. I should have ordered a humidity controller and a fan.

After the roots grew, I planted it in the soil and it died a week later.
