This is perfect! Like others, when I got it I wasn't sure it would fit. I laid down on the bed to put it on using the biggest notch, then stood up and realized I could go down further, so I was easily able to adjust it standing up to a smaller size. I normally wear a size 16 dress size and ordered the 3X (I'm notorious for going up in sizes and getting too big) but I wanted to play it on the safe side based on other reviews. I'm 5'3" and it definitely isn't loose. I think this will be a great introduction because I wanted firm support as a beginner trainer, without being smothering. It's very soft and breathable (for a corset). It's quite comfortable and I tend to be a big baby when it comes to tight stomach stuff. I bought it to wear under clothes for posture training, slimming, and hopefully some waist training. I washed it after trying it on to get off any storage chemicals. I used gentle washer cycle and it came out just fine. I love it, it's super affordable and comfortable. HIGHLY recommended - especially for someone new to corsets and stomach support.

8/4/19—It is on my 4th day of the waist training. So far so good. I am 5’ 1” short torso but I would like to cover my tummy pouch so wanting long ones. 34C, bra band line is 32.5 waist measurement is 32, my tummy is 36 and Large fits good. Every morning before breakfast, I spread waist trainer on bed and lie down on it and hook the waist trainer over my cotton camisole (little hard on my neck and hands though this is the hardest part) I live in So Cal and it is in August and don’t like to wear a lot but it’s fine with me as it is mesh breathable. I personally don’t like the latex ones everyone likes for not so breathable material and my skin sensitivity. I tried it over my cotton camisole but I still got skin rash so I love this mesh fabric ones better. This trainer doesn’t roll up at all. So far no problem with steels or fabric. Now I’m wearing about 8-10 hrs/day and planning to make it longer. I take it out before my workout. But years ago, I was wearing similar one 24/7 except for shower time so I may try to sleep in. This reminds my posture (good back support) and help me not snacking. I am currently losing weight (13 lbs so far by exercising and eating right) and hoping this helps my tummy memorize how it should be positioned. I can’t wait to see my waist in few months...! I will update later. 8/29/19—about one month later, 25 days from the pictures taken to be exact. I am wearing Medium size (the first hook). I measured 31.5/31/35.5 under-bust/waist/tummy pouch. I dropped a little comparing to the above. I don’t lie down to wear it any longer. I still wear cotton cami underneath. I wear about 5 days a week for 8-10hours. This reminds me of keeping good posture and keeping me away from snacking. Also it helps me stop eating before I get super full, which is very important to me because I tend to overeat. I will update in one more month later.

Was great at first. But after a few wears one of the wires popped out. I can definitely sew it to fix but just expected it to last a little longer. Definitely breathable doesn't itch and hides well under clothing. I got a large and I'm 5'6 weight 175.

At first I loved this waist trainer. It was long enough (I am 5’9) and I am an average build. I used it for about a week before some thread started coming out. Now there’s a huge slit in the middle of the waist trainer because of the threads coming out.. the photo I attached was when the thread first came out. Now the slit has gone all around the back as well. I have had several of these types of waist trainers and never had any of them tear so fast. I only hand wash this and hung dry to attempt to prolong its use but it’s been less than a month and it’s definitely ready to be tossed out now... maybe the piece I received was bad quality but for now I wouldn’t recommend this product because of the quality. Otherwise it would’ve been great (it’s breathable. Good size. A lot of hooks.)

This is the first time I've ever worn a waist trainer and I'm truly impressed. I was so excited to put this on and believe me when I say this is the most comfortable trainer. Very soft, breathable, doesn't roll up it stays in place. I've not had any issues with rips or any of the steel bones coming out. I originally ordered a 2XL due to the size chart and it ran a little big. Reached out to the seller and they were very helpful and sent me a smaller size at no cost. It's been a month now wearing this everyday and it does what it promises. But you have to put in the work with diet and exercise and you will get results. Will order again and definitely recommend.

At 1st I didn't like it because it was too tight on the top and bottom and my belly looked larger because it pushed it all to the middle. Then I realized it doesn't need to be hooked in a straight line. I lay on my back and hook the bottom 3 on the loosest row, the 4th hook on the 2nd row, then the 5th hook on the 3rd row, I follow this row up to the 4th from the last hook I bring back out to the 2nd row and the last 3 I hook on the loosest row. I think I'm addicted to it now. My posture is way better with it and I wear it under my clothes when I go out, it's meshy so I don't sweat with it. That's exactly what I wanted was one that didn't make me sweat so I could wear it often. I also have a severe latex allergy and I have no issues with this one.

Pros: Very breathable, fit as expected, inexpensive. Cons: Metal supports were popping out all over before I even tried it on. Not made well at all. You get what you pay for Luckily I only needed this for a costume and just threw a few stitches in it to hold the supports in for a few hours.

I can’t get the waist trainer round my waist. I believe it’s too small.

The width is too small and doesn't cover the whole waist area. It feels like wearing a belt that only covers a portion of your waist while the rest hangs out. Very uncomfortable and fraudulent product. Not what is shown in the ad photo.

The product did not fit though it was free size . Also the belt covers small portion of tummy and if you forcefully wear it pushes all mass to upward which result in creating lot of bloating and uneasiness. Don’t buy it’s not worth.

I strongly advise against purchasing this product since it does not align with the image displayed on the website. The size of the product I received is only one-third of what was expected/shown in the image and for a price of 500 rupees, it is not worth it
