This product does not function at all. The drain plug for the condensation reservoir can be removed, but not replaced at operating temperature. Therefore it won't seal and cannot function. Catastrophic fail, all for $50.

Purchased specifically to get creases out of new Curtains. Worked perfectly well. Intend to use to freshen up clothes that have hung in wardrobe for a while. Not tried this as yet. Caution though. The water reservoir fills up quickly so keep an eye on that regularly and be careful emptying the reservoir as the water is very hot. Good product and would recommend. It was cheaper on Amazon than from the makers web site 👍.

Works great, u need to wait for the machine to get green and then use the steamer in 90 degrees position and with slow motions as the user manual paper inside the box says. Then no drippage and great tesults in one go. If you tilt the head or not wait untill your machine is green you get some drippage as me at the photo 😂
