No, this only fits the AR collapsible carbine stock

Would this work on the dpms oracle’s oem stock?

I can't say, since I use it on a standard Mil-Spec M4-style stock. If the DPMS is the same, then it should work.

Will this fit an AR10

It depends on the stock. I'm using it on a 450 Bushmaster and it fits fine. My weapon uses a pretty standard AR adjustable stock.

If i already have a rubber pad on my mil spec 6 position stock will this fit over it?

I doubt it would fit over it. It is a snug fit on a standard 6 position stock.
