We picked up this LEGO City Off-Road 4x4 Mountain Truck for a recent road trip in our converted van, hoping for a bit of chilled-out entertainment if the weather turned, and it was an absolutely perfect choice! Van Life Entertainment Gold: When a rainy day inevitably found us, this LEGO set came to the rescue. Paired with a bottle of wine, it turned into a proper laugh and a wonderfully relaxing way to spend a few hours cooped up in the van. It was the ideal screen-free activity, allowing us to just chat and enjoy some downtime together. The Build Experience: As expected from LEGO, this is a proper, quality kit. What we particularly loved was its simplicity – it wasn't overly complex, making it very approachable and enjoyable for a casual build session. Yet, it was engaging enough to keep us both entertained, and there’s a real satisfaction in seeing the tiny plants come together piece by piece. It was just the right level of fun and provided a steady sense of progress that kept us happily occupied for a good couple of hours. Ideal for a Getaway: This set was absolutely spot-on for our use case. It's compact enough to not take up much space (essential in a van!) and provided a fantastic, calming distraction from the rain outside. It really helped make a potentially dull afternoon quite memorable and enjoyable. Highly Recommended! Great and fun Lego set. It was easy to assemble with great instructions or you can use the Lego builder app. It has nice details and a small size which fits the minifigures. Great value for money.

Excellent value for money Easy transaction and fast delivery

I love this kit so much I've bought three, Out of the box the model looks great and depicts a convincing 4x4 in a colour that's close to an old school Landrover it's good fun to build in its standard form with a good set of accessories. It's also fun as a base platform to augment the out of the box version with extra details, to superdetail it, if you have extra parts in your collection. I've created a pickup version and it's straightforward to add indicators, reversing lights and number plates to the standard kit, if you have a few extra parts. For the money this is a great little kit with a lot of play value.

Good set with good play functions, perfect for the city line or sets, full price is a bit steep but definitely worth when it's on sale
