Probably the worst gel pen on the market
The rubber grip is the only good thing about this pen. The clip is so stiff and immovable that you can't actually clip the pen to anything because there isn't enough space between the clip and the barrel. The clicking mechanism sticks almost every time you try to retract the pen. And the gel ink doesn't flow well at all. As others have noted, the pens skip a lot; other times the ink overflows into glops on the page that smear because the ink doesn't dry very quickly. The pens also don't last terribly long (although this is a problem with all of Zebra's gel pens). The colors themselves aren't bad but these pens just can't compete with their Pilot, Uniball, and Pentel analogues.

I absolutely love the product but the green pen doesn't work.

slightly disappointed
I like gel pens because they are smooth. In the past, I purchased these pens at a store, and I was pleased. However these pens did not write smoothly. The ink/gel skipped a great deal... finally had to thow the pens a way. Papermate gel was a sure bet.

Great pens write smoothly
I'm not sure why everyone thinks these are bad. I have had these pens a few years (perhaps they have changed?) though my product looks exactly the same as in the picture. I think they are wonderful gel pens. They write so smoothly and the ink is a very vibrant color. Plus, I really like the way the pen feels in my hand -- the contours are nice, the rubber grip is comfortable, and the clicker works really well. Overall, it just feels like a well-made pen with good balance and smooth writing.

Gel pins
I use to use a gel pen called Mega tank as they have a very large ink resevoir, but have not been able to find them again. This is the closest pen I have found to replace the Mega Tank. I would give this pen a kudos.

I'm a pen junkie and these are great!

Really nice pens but the seal was missing from the red one so it was dried out and never worked. The red was the entire reason I ordered the pack. Other pens were fine.
