Rope Ladder 32 ft with Belt

This ladder/harness is very sturdy and well made. We are on the 4th floor so it should work out well though we haven't tried it out yet. The harness is a challenge. The directions that come with it are quite vague. We watched the video many times before figuring out how to put it on. It took us at least an hour to finally figure it out. Then we marked the front right, front left, right leg, and left leg on the straps with a magic marker. This helped us orient the harness correctly on another attempt weeks later. The entire apparatus does take up a bit of space in our condo but we do feel safer knowing we have this option if ever needed.

This rope seems very durable and stable. I like the quality of the materials and was very qurious so i asked my husband to try it out. We live on the 3rd floor and this rope easily reached the ground and my husband with his friend went down and up few times in a matter of minutes.So it could fit few people at once without any doubt.What is also important u don't have to be an athlete in order to use it,very easy assembly as well. Highly recommend it.

I got this for my room on 3rd floor in an old building that didn’t have adequate fire escapes. Don't want to be stuck in there is a fire breaks out downstairs. Looks easy to use, has not tried yet but the instruction is clear. Hopefully, I never have to use it. Good price on the brand/model.

This review docks stars because the item description was inaccurate. It says hooks are included, but it is actually carabiners that are included, and you have to order and pay for the hooks that go over the window ledge. They were sloppy with the language and in the end insisted they were right and did not provide the hooks. I think it is an English-as-a-second-language problem. I don't think they meant to rip me off, but the fact is I didn't get what I thought I was paying for.

We live in a 3 story home and were looking for a safety ladder in case of emergency. It is very sturdy and well made.

This rope ladder has nothing to prevent you from swinging around in circles around it as you try to go up or down. I tried tying it to guylines on each side, but that wasn't enough. You need a pair of guylines at each rung or you will swing around. So I returned it.

I was asked to buy this by my friend from Manila for use in case of emergency. He lives in a condo.

After a fire in my apartment building spooked me, on my floor, the third floor, I realized I was ill prepared for a full blown building fire - God forbid there should ever be one. So I took steps to be prepared just in case. One thing I did was purchase this escape ladder. I have it in a waterproof tote on my balcony where I can pop the lid, clip the carbines to the railing and let the ladder down. As I am in my 60s and not as athletic as in my youth! I also purchased it with the safety belt in case I slipped and started to fall. I have peace of mind knowing if the real thing happened, I can escape.

Item delivered with the elastic snapped in the harness lanyard. Not great considering this is a safety product! I would like to keep ladder and return harness for one that is not faulty although unable to get through to anyone to arrange this. Very disappointed.

We haven't had to use this rope ladder (and we hope we never have to) but it looks very solid and well made. We feel we can trust it to get us safely off the balcony in case of fire. We were looking for a fire escape ladder that would attach to our balcony railing and this fits the bill perfectly. Fast shipping and well packaged. Exactly as pictured.

I purchased this for my loft space which I converted into a gaming room for my son and knowing there is a safety ladder in case of a fire reassures me and he has tested this out twice, great product at a good price
