Great affordable curtain rod
Very easy install, comes with drywall anchors if needed. Bars are lightweight and can tell that these were created for value in mind, but they are durable and of sturdy quality. Installation (including the removal of the old worn and rusted curtain rods took only about 15 minutes into hardwood single framing. The adjustment range is generous, and I like the wrap around feature of the rods to help darken the room more; it definitely makes a difference.

Easy to install, gets the job done
This was a great addition to the window in my TV room. It was easy enough to install, and once I put my curtains on it, it was effective in blocking the light coming from the window, so I didn't have any glare on my TV screen. I actually hadn't put up a blackout curtain rod before, so I wondered if it'd look a little awkward after I mounted it (due to the shape of the brackets), but it's very inconspicuous with the curtains on. It gets the job done!

Great quality and helpful for curtains
The hooks are great quality and allows you to wrap the curtains around to cover the window space as much as possible. I like the color and it fits perfect and you can adjust it to fit to your window. Amazing product so far!

Best Curtain Rods for Full Coverage
These are the best rods, especially for bedrooms, to get full coverage over a window with a curtain(s) as they allow curtain(s) panels to wrap around the rod to the wall on each end. Great for light blocking or better privacy. They are strong and look very nice. Purchased two sets - a short one for a small window and a very long one for a very large window. They are very easy to assemble and install. Highly recommend. Would purchase these again.

You can DIY
The greatest part about starting the project to install this pair of curtain rods was that they were specific for blackout curtains. As usual, I went to YouTube to watch a couple of "How to videos", to get my own pitch for installation. It's all part of the preparation process for getting it right with as much information as possible. I'm not good with less than perfect. And if you have a good track record with following directions, YouTube is a great way to start any project. Especially after a job is done, you step back and see you have done very acceptable work.Knowing I am my own best critic, all information was received and I was ready to proceed. The best approach was to make sure the window frame was level and plumb. Horizontal and vertical were level to work from. Then I measured down from the interior ceiling. Measurements were doable.I decided to measure down from the ceiling, but had to figure the most efficient place to mark center for both sides of curtain rod. Knowing the window frame was level going vertical, I measured 2 and one half inches right of the frame, put one pencil dot. Did the same for the left side. Now you have two dots, reference points for the center of each curtain rod end. If you have a straight edge, metal yard stick, or definite straight edge, put your level right up against your straight edge and measure down from the ceiling centering the height for the top of your curtain according to centering curtain over window frame. The dot you put on both sides of the window frame earlier need to be included with the agreed measurement from the top of each side of the ceiling and making sure you are including the dot you penciled in, and making sure your level is plumb, straight up and down, including the dot and agreed measurement from ceiling. When you know you have it set up right, put one dot for the agreed height and exactly 1 and one half inches below that dot, put another dot. You should be looking at 3 dots ONLY on one side. You can erase the lowest dot. The 2 remaining dots are exactly where your curtain rod end will be set in the wall. To test out seeing if you got it right place the curtain rod end over the 2 remaining dots. Did it line up? If not you need to read again. If the end did line up, you can use the same directions for the other side. There is video which is included with this product but I suggest going to YouTube and get other opinions for installation. When I put my curtains on the shape of the rod ends did not hold the curtains in place to my satisfaction. So I had a 3" piece of 3/8" plastic tubing. Cut that in half then up the center on both pieces. Then put a piece on each end of the rod to keep the curtain firmly in place. Put each piece of plastic on the inside of the curtain and the outside of the rod so you can't see it.😉

Perfect! Looks so much better than traditional curtain rods and a great price. I’ll never use any other rods!
