Good morning,I received this juicer assemble all the pieces and plug it in and nothing is working. This juicer is just not coming on for no reason, not even a funny sound.

Mine broke a few months after purchasing. The unit is made of plastic. What is interesting is that I was juicing lime, that I cut up in half. The housing where you put the fruit snapped.UPDATE: I reach out the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement part for the problem. They have fantastic customer service in my view and they definitely stand by their product. I am now a happy customer.

This product is easy to use get the maximum juice out of fruit, which I love.

I had an issue with the juicer and the seller made everything right.

I had high hopes on this. A lot of times the fruits and veggies get stuck at the top of the auger and just spin and spin without going down to be crushed. I had to stop, remove the top and push them under. I see the intention with the larger openings and space, but it just needs a mechanism to help direct ever piece of fruit/veggies in the right direction, down into the basket. Yeah there is the included push down tool, but it didn’t help in my case.

For the money, I happen to like this juicer !!

Do not recommend whatsoever. All of the fruit gets stuck, and washing the items was a complete nightmare. It literally took me 30mins. Not to mention, it’s a pain to open and assemble.
