My son thought he had ruined his new white shirt when he had used suntan lotion for a sunny visit to the horse races. There were large yellow/orange stains on the neck and sleeves, where he had rolled them up. I had already put the shirt through a wash with a well know stain remover which had made the stain slightly lighter, but still highly visible. I followed the HG Suntan Lotion Stain Remover instructions carefully- and the shirt came out like new! Just wish I had found this product years ago when our four boys were at school in white shirts which always ended up stained with the suntan lotions. Well done HG!

I had seriously high hopes for this, I’ve used HG products before and they always deliver. Unfortunately this removed some of the lotion stains but we still have yellow collars and cuffs on school shirts! 😢

Was very impressed that it managed to get the sun cream stains out of the collars of my kids’ summer school dresses, they had resisted all other attempts of stain removal (vanish, vinegar, bicarb). A few stubborn stains remained on some clothes, and it doesn’t smell great, but overall impressed.

I spilt suntan oil on a white shirt, morale of the story don't put it in you pocket and then run ! I blame the dog . But I digress ! Used it twice now both times on shirts , maybe even the same shirt ! And both times the suntan lotion has totally gone when normally waShing didn't work. The bottle is big so will cover you for many accidents . Very satisfied with the product.

OMG! This stuff actually works! I own holiday let’s in Spain and have tried every product with no luck. This even worked on stains that had been previously treated and washed at 60 degrees. I will never have to discard another towel or duvet cover again! It’s worth every penny!

Not a miracle cure but has helped on fresh stains. Do not put suntan stains anywhere near anything hot - hot water, tumble dryer, even the iron - before treatment. Even after treatment, heat can bring it back so before. And please stop using this type of suntan cream!

This really did what it claimed, first time, completely, on seriously bad old yellowed sun screen stains even after I had probably say the stains whilst trying everything else. Remarkably cheap seeing as it saves your laundry's life!

Really did the job to keep those whites white. despite sun lotion stains. Be warned fairly strong smelling so follow instructions and use where ventilation / window open.
