Love it
I love this ube extract. I make coconut ube cold foam for my iced matcha and for my iced espresso. It always turns out awesome and has a beautiful color. Puts a nice touch on my morning drink.

Great for cakes!
I've only made cakes with this extract so far, but I'm very happy with the results! The color is quite strong (makes for a more visually interesting cake), and the flavor does come through. I would probably supplement with actual ube powder as well if you want ube flavors to really be at the forefront of the flavor profile, but for my projects, this worked great!

I like this brand!
Great value! This is definitely better than the other brand i tried (McCormick). This has a thicker consistency and has more of the ube flavor!

Great value, but....
Its a great deal for the price and a little goes a long way. Unfortunately it gave me an upset stomach and it makes your bathroom time green lol

Strange Taste
There is an odd taste if you want a heavier concentration of ube flavor so you can't control the flavor profile otherwise you get an instant metallic flavor alongside the ube flavor. There are no refunds for this item. I won't be purchasing again.
