Quality good. But its too heavy

The product is good, compared to others in the market. However, expected the bag to be less heavy. After keeping laptop and headphones in the bag, it becomes too heavy to carry on the arm or shoulder

I have order this bag but due to size issue as it was looking too big on me I returned it and return pickup was also done on 15th march 2026, but till now its showing as return failed. My refund is stuck its been a week now I contacted customer service as well on 18th march they said it will be resolved but it has not been reloved till now. Such a poor service. I am not going to buy from this brand ever again.

Not good quality

Quality is amazing and this bag has a lot of pockets which is a plus however , they missed packing the strap that should have come with it so I’m as disappointed as I was excited to received it :)
