Ideal if you aren't really patient to wait until old age, and you can enact various circumstances you would find difficult when determined as 'old', I found that enacting the heroic hike of the home stairs was such a thrilling experience, but logically I realised most 'old' people live in homes without stairs, so I quite yearned for that heroic ascent. and I truly found my redemption arch in the matter, I wish those could've been there to see it...

A thumbs up for the images being accurate, so you're getting what you're buying unlike a lot of other masks on Amazon that are advertised as "realistic" but use entirely fake images (I'm shocked that Amazon hasn't cracked down on it). As other reviews mention though, this is a HUGE mask that is bigger than any one man's head. It will probably need a little buyer customisation for the eye holes and maybe a peg on the back of the mask to make it tighter. All in all I'm satisfied that I got what I paid for (though "realistic" is a stretch as you can see in the images).

Not great, not realistic whatsoever

It's quite realistic apparently. As I was walking around in the city on Halloween, a bunch of people found it freaky. Others were impressed and even some even thought I was an old family member. If you wear this, you're bound to get a bunch of compliments while feeling like one of the most impressively dressed people there for Halloween. In this case, I custom made myself with a blood-covered apron and gloves with a fake butcher knife and a fake, chopped off hand. That way I would look like some sort of messed-up cannibalistic butcher that wore the face of a victim.

Absolutely fab, great quality, fit is really good and quite frightening when on, which is great for what we wanted it for Halloween, really thick and durable rubber not thin plastic that will split as soon as you put it on.

Party hop - old man Mask, this is fantastic because it was used for a fancy dress party, the look was good and the quality and was very realistic.

It was like on the picture, but somehow too wide, too big. For my 13 year old son it was not realistic

The material is like rubber that you can fold. The mask looks exactly like what is shown on website. Your head/face gets hot wearing it, but that's just par for the course with this type of mask. Very easy to put on. I have a large head so the opening in the back sufficed. I ended up using a rubber band around the neck so the mask would form more to my face. It looks more realistic that way. The price and quality in my opinion are very good.
