How many days of data, on free subscription, do you get for one WS1 device? One review suggested only one week is recorded.

The free subscription gives you 200Mb of data storage. For example, I have a single WS1 device and I record Loft Temp & Water Temp at 4 minute intervals for the last 2 years, and so far only used 37Mb of my allowance. So the answer to your question depends on how many parameters you want to monitor, and how frequent your data point intervals you want, and how many Ubibot devices you include in your account...

I want to use this in my car, what 12v to 5v transformer would you recommend?

Does the UbiBot support triggering commands such as switching on a smart plug connected to an elec radiator when the temp drops below a set level?

Hi there, UbiBot current supports triggering HTTP requests to a custom URL. Your smart plug will need to have such API interface, e.g. using IFTTT webhook. We will also launch a smart plug product in 2019.

Can I put it inside a wall cavity? I am only interested in humidity levels in order to detect a possible water leak

The device is compact for deploying into almost everywhere. The only thing you need to notice is that there should be accessible wifi for the device to connect. And, please note the device is not waterproof. Please make sure the device won't get wet in the environment.
