Great product! I notice a big difference in my joints when I take it to when I dont. I have colitis and noticed this has helped with my gut health and keeping regulated. There has been a change in the formulary since I first started taking it a year ago. I do prefer the old formulary but this still works well. You can smell several of the ingredients, not bad at all.

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life. Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally. Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.
