Do the hand controls on the bars still work

Yes, they do. Great stereo, with all the controls.... It's not a cheap stereo, but it sounds great on my bike. I went back and forth whether I wanted to spend the extra money, but after trying different radios, I decided to go for it. Worth the money if the music is a part of your ride.

Will this fit my 2013 hd ultra classic cvo screaming eagle anniversary edition

I have a 2013 Ultra Limited 110th anniversary issue and it fit perfect.

Will an Arc Amp work with this radio

I’m not sure of the specific amp I’m running, but it works great. I run the stereo through the amp, then to both sets of speakers (front/rear).
