Reading these reviews, I'm guessing the flavor varies from batch to batch? The dry tea bags didn't really smell like anything but once I started steeping the tea, it had a strong tobacco smell. It, as expected, makes a tobacco flavored tea. I don't mean like Yorkshire tea with a hint of tobacco, I mean if you made a tea with pipe tobacco and no actual tea leaves.It might be ok mixed with a plain black tea or something else, but I can't recommend this to anyone who isn't exceedingly adventurous when it comes to their teas.

Untampered packaging, true to description. A nice tea, not bitter, not to strong. Even better w/a teaspoon of honey. Would purchase again and recommend.

I like the flavor, more of a darker flavor than most of my teas.
