These are easy to use sachets that are very convenient to just mix in water and use. They seem to be good and energetic as I feel nice when I use them. I feel they provide proper hydration. However I feel the cost is on the higher side.

I ordered Supply6 Salts twice from Amazon. First purchase: Everything was perfect — the taste was really good, and I felt energetic during workouts. Second purchase: Shockingly, instead of 18 sachets, only 17 were inside the box. When I tried to complain by calling the customer care number printed on the packet, it was not in service. I let it go, but later when I opened another sachet, it was completely empty. This raises serious questions about quality control and reliability. And with no customer support available, it feels pathetic and untrustworthy. 👉 The product itself works well when it’s genuine, but such issues make it impossible to trust. I would strongly caution others before buying.

Not good ! IV hydration is much better ! There is no balance in the saltiness , sweetness and flavour of the product ! You might find a few sachets to be humidified and hardened ! Packing is so tough to tear with bare hands coz of extra plastic layer inside, youd need scissors in your gym bag!
