I love these patches for sleep! I used to have such a hard time falling asleep and my sleep cycle was on a delayed pattern. After using these regularly, I have effectively retrained my body to go to bed at a reasonable hour and now daylight helps me wake up. The only criticism I have is the ziplock packaging it comes in is often extremely difficult to open and sometimes I have to just cut open the packaging and put the pack in a sandwich ziplock bag instead. But as far as the quality and effectiveness of the sleep patches themselves, I don't go to sleep without one. I'm not even sure how on earth my body doesn't build a tolerance to it either because with other sleep aids I had tried in the past, they would work for a little while and then the effectiveness would wear off over time, but I have been using these sleep patches for about a year now and they consistently work great every night. I would recommend putting it on when you're getting into bed, not putting it on then waiting 30-60 minutes, because I have found if I put it on and then wait it is a little less effective (in essence I can force myself to stay awake and then when I do fall asleep it doesn't feel as deep of sleep), but that way your body is already in sleep mode and the sleep patch can work it's magic and just drift off to sleep. Anywho, love these and hope they're here always available!

I was a little leery at first about trying these sleep patches, but I thought, well, they're cheap enough that I should give them a try. I already take Melatonin, but still do not sleep all night. The first time I tried these sleep patches, I slept a little better. But by the second night, I was sleeping a lot better and longer. Now I've been using them for a few months and I would not want to be without them! Occasionally I may forget to put one on before bed, and then I don't sleep as well. I put one on right before I get into bed, It's now a night time ritual! They work so well for me! Plus, they smell so good, and they leave no sticky residue. I just got a new manger at work and she was used to getting up very early for work at her previous job and going to be early. She was having a lot of trouble adjusting to a second shift job, So I told her about these sleep patches. I brought a few into work to share with her. I just asked her how they worked for her. She said that by the second night she was falling asleep a lot sooner that what she had been, and that she already place an order for some.

These are perfect! They help me mind down( even when my overthinking and over analyzing at night starts) help me fall asleep and stay asleep. Best part is even if I do get woken up all I have to do is lay back down and close me eyes and I can fall right back to sleep again no problem. No pills to swallow, tabs to dissolve, or gummies to chew just put it on. ( I can only speak for myself but sleep aid gummies always did more harm than good for me because they always triggered my sweet tooth, without fail which got me off track with my diet and added aches and pains at night and throughout the day from the sugar. Yes this was my fault and no one made me eat any sugar, that was my choice I'm just being upfront). The backs of the patches are really soft and smell like sweet lavender everything about them is calming. And you actually get 2 months supply for a really good price. I recommend these for anyone wanting or needing a sleep aid.

My husband and I both use these patches. We’re very happy with the results. We both get a sound sleep without feeling drugged. My husband wakes up at 5 AM and doesn’t feel hung over as he did with other sleep aides. I only use the patch if I’m going to get 8 to 9 hours sleep. I personally need that amount of sleep to wear off the effect.
