Yum and electrolytes. The ice pop flavor is everyone’s fave but my kids will also drink the cherry and berry freeze. I like that the ingredients in this are pretty good and there are 0 dyes. This is a drink I don’t feel bad about giving my kids (or drinking myself) to keep them hydrated on hot summer days or while playing sports. They’re also the perfect size!!

I always loved prime drinks. They taste great and have almost no calories so it feels illegal to have something so sweet but not fattening. It’s also high in potassium which is great for flushing out sodium and feeling less bloated. For anyone who likes a sweet drink and does not like to get fat this tastes like icee and is low in calories.

Honestly I was surprised with how well this product tastes considering all of the negativity spread across the web about it. According to the nutritional fact sheet, this product contains only 1g of sugar yet is plenty sweet and packed full of B6 & B12 vitamins with traces of Vitamins A, E, & Potassium/Magnesium. My personal favorite of the variety pack would have to be the Ice Pop flavored ones, which closely resemble the similarly named frozen treat. Low fat, low sodium, tastes great with natural flavors & no added sugars, and includes an electrolyte kick without artificial dyes; what's not to like.

I ran across prime hydration drinks at a food ministry give away I volunteer for when my health always it. I feel in love right away & usually hydration drinks are high in sodium but being out on a sodium restriction diet(after being healthy my whole life & exercising all the time getting diagnosed with liver failure…sorry quick complaint it’s frustrating being young & having random bad health issues but others have it much worse so I shouldn’t complain) but these taste great but I will admit I am not a fan of the berry freeze…I really like the cherry freeze & LOVE the ice pop flavor but the berry is their only flavor I am just not that fond of but I also am not a big blueberry fan unless it’s in pancakes then I want it almost all blueberries so who knows I’m a weirdo,lol. The Ice pop flavor is probably my favorite closely by the sour kinds(sournoava, future freeze, & dragon fruit fusion/which was the first one I ever had) I wait till they are on sale & get them on either a buy so much & get so much off(it was a pretty much buy one get one free) & I wait till the 12packs are on sale & stock up & at the moment I’m set for probably the next 3-6months😅 But, me I don’t hoard food & drinks at all,lol. I am quite k to give it away so not sure that counts as hoarding. Anyways, long story short(too late,lol) I recommend these & if you also like blueberry you’ll probably like all of them. Btw, I’m thinking about making popsicles sticks out of the ice pop flavor & if I do I’ll update how that taste but I think it would be great for summer & an addition to my other homemade(often 💯 juice so those aren’t really made like some of my other) popsicles. I only took a star away for my personal not love of the berry freeze so don’t take it too seriously unlesss you think you’d feel the same.

Boys love as a treat and perfect smaller size so they don’t waste them. Variety of flavors are on point.

Drink one every morning. They are good and hit the spot. The only competitor, IMO, is Recover Drinks. They are about the same price and offer a few more flavors. I do keep Prime Hydration stocked in my beverage cooler. Try it!
