Disappointed with Product Quality and Warranty Support
I purchased a Kurlon mattress in April 2025, expecting good quality and durability from a reputed brand.Unfortunately, the mattress has developed significant sagging of around 1.5 inches (approximately 38 mm) within about 18 months of use. Because of the sagging, I am experiencing back and neck discomfort and the mattress is no longer providing the support and comfort I expected.I raised a complaint with Kurlon's customer support, but my warranty claim was rejected stating that the sagging does not meet their warranty guidelines.What is most disappointing is that a mattress sold with a warranty has developed this level of sagging in a relatively short period, and the warranty process has not provided a satisfactory resolution.I expected Kurlon to properly inspect the mattress, objectively measure the sagging, and provide a reasonable solution rather than simply rejecting the complaint based on a guideline.My experience so far:* Mattress developed noticeable sagging within ~18 months.* Sagging measured at approximately **1.5 inches / 38 mm**.* Back and neck discomfort after using the mattress.* Warranty complaint raised with customer care.* Warranty claim rejected based on their stated sagging criteria.* No satisfactory resolution offered.I purchased Kurlon expecting quality, durability and dependable after-sales support. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and warranty support has been disappointing.Potential buyers should carefully check the warranty conditions, especially the sagging tolerance, before purchasing.I hope Kurlon reviews my case again and provides a fair resolution.

Most preferrable for the price.
The mattress is so soft and very comfortable to sleep on. The thickness and width are same as mentioned. Its been a few months and i feel it's worth the price and great quality.

Those who need a Hard/firm mattress can go for this one; it is made of special bonded foam and is suitable for people with back pain. I have been using bonded foam mattresses from various brands for the past seven years, and they have been very beneficial for me. Just remember to flip it every three months to ensure it lasts longer.
