Folks, these fruity bite snacks are awesome!!! ZERO SUGAR! Though - full disclosure - they DO contain Maltitol, Alluose, and Maltodextrin.. Which can have a 'laxative effect' if you consume too much.. That being said, they taste GREAT! They are chewy, not sticky! Just like the 'regular fruit snacks' that diabetics have to avoid! LOL.. 13 grams of sugar alcohol per 15 piece serving.. I would not recommend anyone watching their sugar eat these on a daily basis. But sometimes it is nice to enjoy an 'old school treat' without having to feel guilty! LOL..

I haven’t even received my order yet but based on the reviews I have one complaint and one piece of information and advice. First my complaint is about the package size and price. If you were trying to discourage people from purchasing this product, you got it! I bought these because I am pre-diabetic and over the last 5+ years became knowledgeable and acquainted with a variety of sugar substitutes, one of which is “sugar alcohols. While the manufacturer might claim that they cost more than regular sugar, which they do. The least that you could do is to offer an “introductory” price to allow us to get familiar with your product. My second point of information is this, my first experience with sugar alcohols was looking for “sugar free” gun and candy! I found all kinds of goodies! I am particularly partial to fruit chews and I found just that. When I tried the first “chew” I was wonderfully surprised by both the texture and flavor! Needless to say, I throughly enjoyed each and every one! The next morning the explosive diarrhea really kicked in!!! It was then that I remembered that sugar alcohols are also used in “nasil sprays” (xylitol) which causes the sinuses to become “slick” which allows all congestion to just “slide right out”!!! Now take that visual and move it downward!😳 Those of you who thought that they were “allergic” or experiencing “inflammation”, NOT SO! Let the consumer beware!!🤣🤣🤣
