Very good product. We were able to tell a difference in our ability to work out and maintain muscle when using this powder, verses using gummies or capsules. Easy to use, just put a scoop in your water bottle in the morning and you are good to go. It has a slight taste (chalky bitterness), but it is almost unnoticeable and doesn't affect my taste buds.
