These are excellent to relieve bloating

I’m on a GLP-1, so constipation and bloating have become an unwanted personality trait. I took two Applied Nutrition Detox & Debloat tablets last night... The Debloat part? 10/10. Woke up feeling so much less puffy and sore. The **detox** part? Oh, that took the bronze, silver **and** gold medal. There is now absolutely nothing left inside me. I’m lighter, leaner, spiritually cleansed and reasonably certain I’ll never need to poop again. Genuinely, these worked far better for me than Wild Dose, and at around a third of the price. The only downside is that they contain Brilliant Blue dye, which I’d rather they didn’t. But after the bowel evacuation of the century, I’m willing to overlook that. Would absolutely recommend... just maybe don't stray too far from a toilet the first time you take them. 💀😂

I'm giving 4 stars as a good product and works but worth keeping in mind some of the cons, if you're particularly sensitive to them: Pros: Does the trick. Taking after a heavy meal does help with bloating a lot. Cons: Hard to swallow. Very easy to feel like choking. Not good if you struggle to swallow average sized tablets because these are definitely larger than average. Turns your poo black! 💩 Think this is because of the charcoal inside. Don't think it's anything to worry about but is a bit startling when you first start noticing. 😅

Didn’t feel like it was working.

This Detox & Debloat supplement was very disappointing in actual use. Despite the marketing claims, I didn’t notice any meaningful reduction in bloating or digestive discomfort even after consistent use. The results felt minimal to nonexistent. The capsules were easy enough to take, but the overall effect didn’t justify the purchase. It felt more like a placebo than a functional product, especially compared to other supplements that actually deliver noticeable digestive support. Additionally, it didn’t provide any clear or consistent benefits in terms of “detox” effects, which made the product feel overhyped and underwhelming. Overall, it failed to meet expectations in both effectiveness and value, making it difficult to recommend.

Always use these by applied nurition! Id be list without them tbh. I always suffer with bloating and these help massively, take wind and bloating away completely. Dint give me any bad pains. You need to get them., especially for holidays and just every day.
