Smudged printing
I bought this replacement product just over a month ago. It just started to leave a grey smudge on the left hand side of the pages it's printing. Just went in to see if I could get a replacement and the return window has now closed.I guess you get what you pay for when you go refurbished instead of new.

Needs Replaced already !!!
Purchased this in April and now its September and it already needs replaced. This didn't last the 1/3 of the time it should have. It never did show up as a full life on the printer. Now its not making clear prints. picking up toner and fusing it all over the place. Exactly what happens when a fuser is worn out. Very disappointed.

Poor quality
I've ordered three of these for our business and none of them last. Very poor quality and the fuser failed after a few thousand pages. Spend the extra money and buy genuine HP parts.
