Sportneer Dumbbells Set Women: Each 1kg/1.5kg/2kg/2.5kg, 4-in-1 Weights Dumbbells Set, Weights for Women, Adjustable Dumbbell Pair for Home Gym Fitness Training

Incredibly versatile set of weights. Lock securely during use and are easy to assemble when needed. Very sturdy and feel high quality. Have used as hand weights but can also be used by just locking all the discs together for more weight, even without the hand grip they are easy to hold due to how compact it is. Was definitely sore after use, and adjustable weight makes it easy to progressively overload. Also Incredibly cute :)

I love these they are so easy to change the weight on them and they don’t take up a lot of room like a full set would. They are high quality, they are comfortable to grip and definitely value for money, and the colour is proper girly I love it. Would highly recommend you won’t be disappointed

I use these 3x weekly for wrist exercises at the gym and have used them for quite a while now with no issues. They're quite durable and easy to adjust the weights (I do this once per session) though a slight risk of nicking a fingernail if you're not careful with the sliders. I use them in a "balanced" design (equal weight on both ends of each dumbbell) for wrist flexion/extension and "unbalanced" (with more weight on the outsides) for wrist rotations, and they work great for that too unlike a traditional dumbbell. They do sometimes feel mildly unstable when "unbalanced" but it's only a slight sound, I have no fear of them failing whatsoever.

I think tthese are fine enough for younger hands. IN my 60's with strong hands however they have started that 'elderly easily bruising' phase - so these are too hard for elderly hands. I suppose I could have got gym gloves, but I don't want so much paraphenalia. So I went for soft touch ones. Good price, weight adjustment easy nice storage...a pity I had to send them back - unable to use at my age.

Perfect, for what we were looking for at a good price these are really well made. Will last a lifetime if looked after and a good weight range. Very easy to use and they sit well in my wife’s hands. Overall I highly recommend these weights.

A fantastic space saving option. It’s easy to change the weight but not quick so I have to pause any exercise videos I am using them with. They look good, are easy to use and seem very good quality for the price.

I'm currently recovering from reverse shoulder replacement surgery, which has left my arm very weak. Having a need to slowly build up the weights I can lift, I find this adjustable weight dumbbell set to fit my needs exactly. It's really easy to remove and add the weight discs as necessary. Overall, the quality of the product feels great, and I can highly recommend it to others.

Great thx

Love that I don’t need to have multiple sets of weights lying around. This product is great if you don’t have a lot of space. Easy to slide on/off the weight plates and does the job.

I’m really impressed with these adjustable dumbbells. They make it so easy to switch weights without having a whole rack of equipment taking up space. They’re perfect for what I needed, and I love the color. These have quickly become one of my favorite home‑gym essentials because they save space, save money, and still give me the versatility I needed.
