Defenitely useful to track kids and make calls, as long as network is available. The watch is sturdy for the kids to use. Video call was decent enough. Messaging & notifications are best and very useful. There are few enhancements to be made to the device for better tracking (frequent auto tracking of location and history rather on request) in low network areas! They have feedback mechanism to take such queries, hope they could implement it.

Paid a lot more for this watch thinking it will be better quality. But out of the box in the first hour it’s hung twice and won’t receive calls. The interface is super fiddly and just not accessible or clear. Overall shockingly poor software. Should have stayed with the desi brand. Assuming most of their reviews have been managed. Oh and battery dropped 10% in about 20 mins. So useless.

Specially the quality of product is very good for a kids long term use and the video call clarity is very impressive. Overall its a good product and the location and health accuracy is good.

Lo regalé para una comunión y fue un éxito total: al niño le encantó por todas las funciones que tiene y por lo moderno que se ve, y los padres quedaron encantados con el control que les da, especialmente el GPS en tiempo real. Tiene una estética muy chula, es resistente, y viene con funciones pensadas para niños, lo que lo hace ideal para este tipo de edades. Es de esos regalos que no se quedan olvidados en un cajón. Pros: GPS muy preciso y fácil de usar desde el móvil de los padres. Llamadas y mensajes con control parental. Diseño atractivo para los niños. Resistente al agua y al uso diario. Ideal como regalo de comunión o cumpleaños. Contras: Requiere tarjeta SIM para todas las funciones. Algunos menús pueden tardar un poco en cargar. En resumen, es un reloj brutal para su edad, útil y divertido. Una de esas compras que deja a todos contentos.

I purchased the imoo Z7 watch about three weeks ago, and overall it has been a good experience. The app setup on the mobile phone and pairing with the watch was very simple—just followed the instructions and it was done quickly. I tested most of the features such as video calling, messaging, school time mode, and all of them are working very well. The GPS tracking is accurate, and I can easily see my son’s current location, which gives me peace of mind. I bought the watch in the UAE, so I am using a UAE SIM card without any issues. The only feature missing is Safety Zone / Geofencing in the app. This feature is very important for me, as it notifies parents when the child moves outside a set area. This option is available in the imoo Z1, but unfortunately not in the Z7. Apart from this, the watch and app work smoothly and are well designed. Since geofencing is crucial for my needs, I decided to return the Z7 and order the imoo Z1instead (Z1 has geofencing ). Overall, the imoo Z7 is still a good buy for parents who do not require the Safety Zone feature.

El imoo Z7 está siendo una herramienta útil para nosotros como familia, especialmente en lo que respecta a mantenernos en contacto con nuestras hijas y monitorizar su localización. Tiene varias características que destacaríamos: - Videollamadas de buena calidad. Una de las funciones que más hemos utilizado es la videollamada. La calidad es muy buena; las 2 cámaras funcionan bien y las conversaciones son claras. Nos ha resultado muy práctico para comunicarnos de manera rápida y visual con nuestros hijos, sobre todo cuando salen del colegio. Las llamadas también se escuchan muy nítidas y claras, buena calidad de altavoz y micrófono. - Restricción de contactos desconocidos. Un punto básico es que solo los contactos autorizados pueden comunicarse con el niño. Esto es muy tranquilizador, ya que elimina cualquier posibilidad de que reciba llamadas o mensajes de extraños. Este control era esencial para garantizar su seguridad. - Modo Clase. Esta función asegura que el reloj no interrumpa al niño mientras está en clase, ya que bloquea todas las funciones excepto la hora. Ojo! Las llamadas del Administrador (o al Administrador) o de aquellos que éste permita se saltan el modo clase. - Geolocalización. El seguimiento por varios sistemas satelitales (no sólo GPS) es una característica importante y fue lo que nos hizo decantarnos por este reloj. En general funciona bastante bien, suele ser lo suficientemente preciso como para darnos una idea clara de dónde está nuestro hijo. El historial de ubicaciones también es un buen añadido. - Chat familiares. Pueres comunicarte por escrito y audio con las personas que el Administrador permita (hay que scanear un QR). Eso facilita la comunicación logística intrafamiliar sin tener que darle un teléfono móvil al niño con WhatsApp, etc. Aspectos adicionales: - La resistencia al agua es un punto positivo, aunque no lo hemos querido probar en la piscina. - Tiene un diseño muy bonito para nuestro gusto. - Hasta ahora, la batería y el rendimiento general han sido buenos. Lo cargan todas las noches con un 50% de batería. Pero si desde la aplicación del móvil del Administrador lo pones en modo "ahorro" puede durar bastante más. -aunque no es su razón de compra en nuestro caso, mide los pasos y la frecuencia cardiaca, con una precisión muy razonable, en comparación con relojes mucho más caros. -cuenta con temporizador y alarma para que el usurario se despierte por la mañana a tiempo para ir al colegio u otras actividades. Aconsejamos comprar una funda adicional al reloj para evitar rayaduras de la pantalla. Con el primer imoo z7 que compramos no lo sabíamos, y se rayó un poco la pantalla. En resumen, el imoo Z7 lo recomendamos para padres que buscan una forma de mantenerse conectados con sus hijos y garantizar cierta seguridad y privacidad, sin necesidad de darles un teléfono móvil, todo ello a un precio bastante razonable.
