Very nice product. Even quite easy to use, but for any new user it will take few weeks time (in some cases- few months) to get accustomed to use their OTG to full throttle. In the initial days food may not get cooked according to your need as the customer/user might think it as a microwave. But that's where the difference lies between a microwave & OTG !! Me too after 6 months of usage; am now an expert with cooking all sorts of delicacies! Items like cakes, biscuits, cookies, pizza, pie, as well as all baked items are very well cooked in this OTG. You just need to get accustomed to your OTG.... and once that period is over, you are an expert with cooking all sort of yummy delicacies!

This product is very useful as temperature control works fine. Timer is useful, size of the product is good for small families like us. Sleek. Classic. Very portable. Top & bottom heating rods. Easy to use. Easy to wash. Instructional manual — small wordings & faded prints. It's baking ability is also good and it's valuable also.

The oven doesn't not heat properly. I put a small amount of leftover sambar to warm up. After 1 hour @150C, it was barely lukewarm. I could put my finger in it because there was no heat. I could even pick up the vessel with bare hands because there was no heat! It should be boiling. The oven is still on in the pictures. You can tell because the light is on. My other OTG before this one took 20mins @100C to warm up food twice that size. Then, I put in a casserole for 1 hour @180C, but it did not cook. The cheese on top wasn't even melted. Finally, I tried using the convection setting to make "fried mushrooms". I cooked them over 1 hour at 200C. They should have been burned for that long, but they were still raw. The heating coils are not heating up very much or getting red. I could even touch the coils with my bare fingers because there was very little heat. The only thing that works great is the light and the timer. Amazon does not handle any returns or exchanges with this product, even if it is damaged or defective. I do not recommend buying from Amazon. Wonderchef has a limited service area, so check to see if they will service your area before buying. I was sent a replacement oven from Wonderchef, and the door doesn't close correctly, even though it heats correctly. It looks like there are issues with defects. Now I have two ovens that don't work right! Update**** They sent me a 3rd oven, and the heating elements don't work once again. So now I have 3 ovens that don't work! There are obviously major design and parts problems.

First recived damage product than got good condition otg

My oven was delivered four days ago. I immediately opened and tested with a digital thermometer, only to find the thermostat was not accurate and at max temp, the oven still did not reach max temp. For example if you set it to 180 degrees, the oven temperature only reached 120. I called Wonderchef immediately and was connected with a service tech fairly soon. The tech told me he might be able to come that same day, but would call and let me know. He never called. The next day I reached out via call and WhatsApp and never received a reply. The third day I reached out again, and after not receiving a response, I reached back out to Wonderchef again, who stated they were assigning a new tech, and that they would call shortly. That never happened. Four days later, well into the day, I have reached out and called the tech twice with no response. I cannot replace the oven due to it no longer being in stock. If the service call gets rectified, and the oven is repaired, I will update how the oven works. Until then, I would not recommend the product or company based on the lack of communication and action via their service department. **Update** I was finally able to connect with the service man and he came the next day. Five days after initially setting up a service call. The issue was the thermostat was not adjusted correctly. It was literally a five minute fix. The oven now works as it should. I look forward to baking and cooking in the oven, now that I can finally use it.

Its a very good otg oven, used it for 4+ years and only once had to change an part but overall its a good oven

This is the first time i am baking in this iven. It's big and nice. The cake seems to come out well. I have four rating because thebinstruction book was not very helpful norbwas there a recipe or cook book. Ibhad tongigurebout on my own. I am yet to trybthe rotisseroe. Once I use it iwill post my review. Overall it's worth the cost and once you get a hangbof the knobs you can become a pro yourself.
