Full cream means what percentage %?

That depends on the breed of cows, the season and the climate. Generally between 3.60 and 4.10% Bf. The whole milk sold in stores is standardized to 3.25% Bf in the US. I can't speak to this specific product, however if you REALLY need to know the Bf for some reason a gallon of milk at 3.65% weighs 8.60 pounds and a gallon of skim weighs 8.63 pounds. Weight is the easiest way to ballpark it without using specialized tubes, acids and centrifuge.

Soy!!! Really!!!

I bought this several times since before pandemic. I will no longer buy it , WHY add soy to it ???? Seriously!!!! It was great when it was all natural but then you had to ruin it by adding soy to it. Will buy elsewhere now.
