What is the scoville rating?

It is low but it's so delicious - you get the habanero taste without the fire

Does this need to be refridgerated after opening?

Nothing on the bottle indicates refrigeration is needed, subsequently I have not refrigerated mine after opening.. not dead and nor sick :). Ps this sauce has quickly become a fav of mine.

Does the bottle come with a seal under the cap to prevent leaks?

It’s sealed. You twist the cap to unseal it. It doesn’t leak.

How many Scoville units on this sauce?

About as high as potatoes. Pass it.
