Thank you to the seller also to Amazon for the 5* excellent all round service given, phone arrived in good time and well packed, the phone size is comfortable to hold in hands, easy to pop into any garment pocket it charges well giving a snug fit in charging cradle, the charge power holds well. I purchased this for my husband he likes the ease of it's durability rather than his smart phone which can at times bring frustration and confusion. The press buttons on the front facing are a good clear size which helps with failing eye sight, the ring tone is sound quality, compatibility is very good. A basic phone that is easy to operate keeping things simple. I'm well pleased with my purchase. Good quality and certainly Good Value for the price!

I got this phone for my Mum to use as it is easier for her to use that most Smart phones and other mobile phones to the market now. Has a very good battery life and it’s perfect for her needs. The big buttons and great quality although these are basic requirements these are perfect for elderly or people that’s trouble with touch phones. The sound quality will make a call is very high and exceptional and it’s very compatible with her current SIM. He’s had no issues using this foldable phone and it’s been helpful for her to keep some independence whilst living alone

This is a classic flip phone with large buttons and bright display suitable for seniors. The phone comes with a USB C charge cable, battery, user manual, a charging stand and a charger. The phone is a bit flimsy and cheap looking but it functions properly and the shortcut buttons for torch, call answering and a few others is really easy to use even by people with not a very good sight. It has basic functions such as camera, text messaging, voice calls and that.s pretty much most of it. Good value for money.

I bought this for my Mom. "Easy to use"? The instructions are VERY limited and far worse than any Ikea. To top it off, the "help line" listed does not exist! The description says that it is compatible with Tello. I could not get anything but T-Mobile to engage and the phone lost signal after 2 minutes. We have 3 other phones on the Tello network and have great signals!

El teléfono es ideal para gente mayor que no quiere un smartphone. Las letras son grandes, la batería dura bastante y se le puede poner tarjeta de memoria. Totalmente recomendable a personas mayores que no quieran usar un smartphone.
