Headset BuddyFemale RJ9 Headset Jack to Male 3.5mm Stereo Plug Telephone Adapter Cable for iPhone Smartphone Devices (RJ9-PH35)

I was using my office phone Plantronics C054 with my phone, but I wanted to use this with my computer instead. The Plantronics office headset has a superior range and audio quality over Bluetooth headsets, so this was a great option. This Headset Buddy Female RJ9 Headset Jack to Male 3.5mm Plug works perfectly to plug in the headset base into to the headphone jack on the computer. With a change of the dials on the bottom of the headset to the right configuration, I can now use the headset with Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, or any other meeting using computer audio. I can also use the higher quality microphone for text to speech as well.

I have 2 of these that I’ve used on 3 headsets to convert them for softphone use: 2 Plantronics CO52 and one Jabra GN 9125. Worked perfectly on every one. Most wireless headsets have a switch on it that adjust the input/output and the key is to find the right one. Most people don’t realize that there is a switch and think that the adapter doesn’t work. A little testing by moving the switch while using you softphone software is needed. I’ve used it successfully with Skype, WebEx and BlueJeans.

Works perfectly with my Plantronics Entera headset and Samsung S7 phone if connected through my Plantronics Switcher (Vista MX10) (which is what I bought this Headset Buddy for), but for some reason, when the Entera is connected directly to the S7 without the Switcher, the mic will work but not the earphones.Connections are solid, delivery reliable.

This adapter worked perfectly for connecting an old Jabra GB 9125 headset to a laptop so the headset can be used for video conference calls absent of a desk phone.

This adapter lets me use my Plantronics headset with my iPhone when I have to work at home. The sound quality is great. It does the job.

Good product

I bought this to use at home during the Covid-19 times. I got it quickly which was great. The only issue is when I went to plug it in my computer it does not have any sound. The sound through my soft phone for work will come stop going through once the jack is plugged in however, there is no sound in my headset. Would love for this to have worked.

I used this product on my Samsung phone so I could use my old phone's handset, and the sound came through, but the mic didn't work. Don't buy if you have a Samsung phone.

Il prodotto ha soddisfatto la mia aspettativa. Ho potuto riutilizzare delle cuffie/microfono pre-amplificate per telefoni BCA classici e agganciarle al PC con soluzione VoIP aziendale. Attenzione al tipo di microfono: se deve essere alimentato da sorgente esterna il jack non darà potenza sufficiente.

Mon entreprise a eu la mauvaise idée de migrer sur Skype. Grâce à l'adaptateur, je peux continuer à utiliser le super casque sans fil plantronics qui était connecté au téléphone.
