I am so obsessed with how this color turned out. Im giving 5/5 because I am super happy with it, but realistically, if you were going for the color in the product photos, it’s not close. However, this is the ginger of my dreams that I thought I’d have to use bleach for and possibly go to a salon. The smell isn’t as strong as other dyes I’ve used in the past, and it didn’t stain my hands too bad either (I am too lazy to wear gloves). Like sometimes the smell lingers kinda strong for a while even after washing, rinsing and styling, but so far this has a pretty subtle smell, and what is there doesn’t smell chemically at all, just nice clean fresh smell. I’d say that it came out pretty even too, no blotches or anything, and my hair doesn’t feel any drier than it would with any other dye either, so no complaints there. I bought the Wella 30 cream developer too, just to be safe and get the absolute intended color. Left it in for 35 minutes. My hair color is naturally a level 5, and this dye lightened it quite a bit. Much more than I expected, could be because of my hair texture and porosity, but I’m not mad at all. I’ll be switch from HiColors to this from now on, I couldn’t be happier with the color and quality, despite it not being what was advertised. Would recommend trying if you’re skeptical! I never dyed my hair and ut’s 3c-4A i wanted some color without ruining my hair and it worked ! I love the results . My hair felt smooth afterwards . It looks brighter on the sun and when it’s straight but still I loved the change ! I will do it again for sure . I have used 2.5 bottles and my hair is thick as you see . I hope this comment helps you decide !

Beautiful color, not to bright just what I wanted!

I got the color Muy Magenta and it gave me the perfect shade of red. My hair is originally dark/medium brown and the results are perfect. I have gotten SO many compliments and so many people asking me which dye I used. The chemical smell is really strong in comparison to some other dyes, but, hey, it works! It does bleed a lot when washing, so I recommend using dark towels when drying your hair. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week and the pigment lasts about a month before the ends start to look rusty. This stuff is the bomb if you’re looking for red hair, I can’t recommend it enough ❤️
