Good omega-3 supplement, using it long term
I have been using this fish oil for 8+ months now. I bought it mainly for omega-3 support and overall health. The capsules are easy to take, and I did not face any major fishy aftertaste when taken after food. Over time, I have felt better daily energy and less tiredness. I also had fatty liver concerns earlier, and my health has improved while using this along with diet and lifestyle changes. I cannot say this alone fixed it, but I do feel it has been a useful part of my routine. This is my second time purchasing Muscle Nectar Fish Oil, and I’m genuinely satisfied with the product.
