Small but reliable
This fitness tracker is amazing!I didn’t expect that much from this because of price, but this item is beyond expectations. It can do a lot but not bulky. I also like Waterproof, lightweight stylish. There are Lots of selection for watch faces.

NoT happy
I love the watch and all it does, but I’ve had it a couple of weeks and the strap got so dirty, I’ve removed it and tried three ways of cleaning it and it’s still stained, so disappointing.

Very useful for general health tracking and backed by amazing customer service
Nothing should replace the care of a licensed physician! I got this watch for it's sleep tracking mostly. The other features, especially the blood pressure is very useful. I've checked the readings against readings at a doc's office and it's either right on or off by one number. The sleep tracking will track sleep/naps all day.My only issue was that the watch band kept breaking. Since it was past the return window, but I really liked all of the features, I contacted the seller directly. I told them the issue and included the pics of the broken bands. They sent me a new one! It came in a couple of days.Overall, the customer service was AWESOME! As for the watch, if you use it for a general idea of where you are health wise, this really works.

Great alternative to Fitbit 5 -certainly features and price
I just received my FitVII Ole and so far so good!! I've had one night to analyze the differences between FitVII & the Fitbit I used for "MANY" years. I tried to go without being dependent on knowing my sleep score evaluation, but that only lasted a week or so. The price of repurchasing another Fitbit at that "HIGH" cost was crippling. So I found FitVII in hopes it would be a far more affordable opinion. In respect to that it has met that! I do miss the REM feature of Fitbit, BUT in time, I bet I'll learn to be OK with that. I like the watch face, it's button on the side, the many other features that it offers. The Sleep feature is really my only interest, although "Steps" are also. All the other bells & whistles (which they offer a lot!) isn't my interest. For the price of this FitVII Ole I am happy & pleased to have a more sensible wrist/smart watch that offers close to the same features of the practically 4X the price of another Fitbit 5 or their newer version 6. I do recommend this FitVII ole as an excellent, far better value!

Great customer service
I bought the watch in January and in March the band broke. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the watch. Great and fast customer service.
