Super product. I enjoy baking like this product. You can combine it with almond flour or just use it in specific recipes on its own. It’s good quality. Multiple uses. You can use it for low-carb for vegetarian or vegan and you can be creative with it. I will continue to use it I don’t have enough good things to say about it.

This coconut flour is a great product. I thought I would try it because I tried Jan's root chips and was pleased with those. This flour is smooth and does have a good coconut flavor. I plan to try mixing this in with other flour to make breads that have a taste of coconut.

Coconut flour isn't a complete flour. It hardly achieved anything without the aid of a different kind of flour. It messed up my pastries many times

Very economical, in that a little goes a long way. Very finely milled. Does have a bit of coconut taste in finished products. I've used it, along with almond flour, to make an outstanding Keto friendly zucchini bread recipe from Pinterest.
