Recommend buying the extended warranty when purchasing this product
I would say the body quality is poor. There were two hook positions at the back to hang the machine, but the service person recommended using only the bottom hook. Recently, that hook broke and the machine fell due to its weak build quality. Also, the machine stopped working suddenly after just one year. So I strongly recommend buying the extended warranty when purchasing this product

3 times adaptor replacement within 1 year
My review is after using this RO filter for 1 year. I regret purchasing this filter as it’s completely waste of money, before completing 1 year I had to called engineer because it stopped working. Three times I have to change its adapter and that with extra payment. There was no support given by the team due to which every time I have to pay to fix it. Now again yesterday it stopped working and this is 4th time now, still same issue. If i calculate than till now i paid extra 3-4K to repair it. I want to help someone who is planning to buy RO filter and came across this company then please do not consider it. I know price is less as compared to other filter but this is not worth, you have to keep paying extra again again when problem occurs. These kind of company is totally waste to trust. You have others good options, buy from trusted company only.

The service is chargeable even when the product is under warranty
The Purifier worked for 5 Months and then it suddenly stopped working. I called the customer support and they informed that the Warranty only covers Motor and SMPS and does not cover other parts. Moreover they mentioned that they provide free service and the engineer visit is chargeable at INR300 per visit. This is atrocious, why would a consumer pay for engineer visit when the product is under warranty and why are certain parts covered under warranty when I paid for the complete product. Didn't I pay for other parts? I understand if the filters needs to be replaced due to poor water quality, but is the water level sensor not an electrical component ? and why should I pay to change that part ? I was asked to pay more than 25% of the actual cost of the filter (INR 1600) for repair for INR 4500 water purifier within 5 months of delivert.
