Is it made in korean? no. it is made in china

I don't have it in front of me to answer your question. It is an effective mask though.

Does this contain PVA?

Hello, One of the ingredients is PVA

Not if you dermaplane first. I dermaplane, and this didn't hurt a bit. It hurts because it's ripping your hair out.

Is the collagen animal based? It says vegan but I would like to be sure

You don't really have a way to tell if it is vegan or not because you only know what they tell you. What I can say is that it is a mask that works very well. It doesn't pull as hard as the black masks but it is much better then the rubber feeling masks. The tube is a good size. It does take longer to completely dry but I think most masks take longer. I have given this as a gift for no reason to friends and family and everyone likes it. Sorry I can't help with the vegan issue but I would recommend it if you are a fan of masks.
