Value for money
Excellent Performance & Camera โ Totally Worth It! I have been using the OnePlus 13R for almost one month now, and I am really impressed with its overall performance. ๐ฑ Display & Design: The 6.78-inch display is big, bright, and very smooth. Watching videos and using apps feels premium. โก Performance (Processor): The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor is extremely fast. There is no lag at all. Gaming and multitasking work smoothly without any heating issues. ๐ธ Camera: The camera quality is very good. Photos come out sharp and natural, especially in daylight. The 2ร telephoto lens helps in taking better portrait and distance shots. Video recording is also stable and clear. ๐ Battery: The 6000mAh battery is excellent. Easily lasts a full day even with heavy usage. Fast charging is also very convenient. ๐ฐ Value for Money: At this price range, this phone offers flagship-level performance, good camera, and strong battery backup. Totally worth buying. ๐ Final Verdict: If you want a powerful phone with great performance, good camera, and long battery life, OnePlus 13R is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Excellent, but lacks in camera department!
This phone is literally the smoothest phone I have used till now. It is ultra smooth, opens apps instantly, without delay. I was not expecting much, coming from a SD870-powered device, but the way this phone surprised me is amazing. I did experience some stutters in the launcher initially, but there were updates available, as soon as I updated, it was fixed. The battery backup have been quite great too. The phone size is pretty small due to amazingly thin bezels. It makes the phone size much smaller than my previous phone with smaller screen size. The build quality also feels very premium. It feels just great in hand. The other stuffs like speakers, microphones, display, fingerprint sensor, etc. are perfectly great as well. Camera, however, isn't as good. Yes, you'll see people coming out on road with wooden fire torch in their hands saying the camera is great. Well, it some cases, it is, but in the other, it is not. Honestly, even mid range phones these days are able to take excellent shots, however, how often and how easy it is to take those shots varies. It is much easier to take a great shot with a super expensive phone compared to a mid-range phone. That thing is where 13R lacks. You can take some of the most marvellous photos with its camera, however, they are not very consistent. Even varies from telephoto to Ultra wide. The HDR goes haywire in some shots, while in some, it is like taken from an ultra-expensive DSLR. Video recording is average. And honestly, it is average on most Android phones except Samsung flagships. I would recommend S24FE in this range if you're into video recording. It is supposedly also better in camera, though, I prefer 13R's camera over S24FE. Just video recording is far better on S24FE, especially in low light. Video recording is pretty bad if you compare it to flagships, but then again, its elder brother, OnePlus 13, is also poor in it, so can't expect much from the younger one, can we? Overall, I already expected the camera to be bad, but it turned out to be pretty good. I would not call the camera bad, but it is not great either. The main thing is, for day-to-day usage, this is an excellent smartphone. The smoothest I have ever used. You might even find iPhones not-so smooth when you compare 13R or the regular 13 with them. I hated when Oxygen OS was discontinued and we started getting the skinned-up (it is not even skinned up anymore) ColorOS, but now I am glad that Oppo and OnePlus have done a great job in optimizing ColorOS. Not sure if the whole ColorOS is this smooth, or it is just OnePlus team's optimization, but it is well done. Considering what I have seen in the reviews, I am extremely excited for the OxygenOS 16 update. Good job OnePlus, but please do better job on the cameras.

All rounder flagship killer phone
I bought this device on 14 May 2026. I love to use my phone without case/cover. And it feels like a flagship level device. โ What I like: 1. OS is the best part. Oxygen OS 16 is extremely fluid and lavish to use. I like it even more than one ui. 2. Display is amazing. Bezels are extremely thin. Superb experience. 3. It gives a very premium feel to use without case. Its a lil slippery though ;) 4. Camera is great. 5 Battery backup is amazing. 6. No heating issue. โ What I don't like: 1. Vibration motor especially during notifications feels cheap. 2. Charging speed is downgraded to 80W. 12R had 100W. 3. Dolby Atmos support removed.

First time OnePlus user
9/10 Build quality is decent, i personally don't like the camera design and placement, but you get used to it. Excellent display with smooth animations across the ui, oxygen os 16 is the perfect balance of feature rich and smooth experience. It feels snappy like the nothing os with better animations. Battery is decent, 6-7 hrs of sot, with mostly social media apps and video viewing content. No heating issues then usual summer heating in phones, you can't avoid that. Cameras are underrated, they are well optimized. Especially the telephoto camera, it is tuned really good and give close competition to your iPhones in not so challenging lighting condition. Hardware wise, processor doesn't let you down, it is up to the mark and you don't see much lag except here and there. But The software is the real king here for this phone and other OnePlus devices, you get all the ai features in writing tools and in photo editing as well. Also you get the OG alert slider.
