LOVE - Delish, rich flavor and great relaxation without being too strong
Love this blend all the way around! Great flavor - rich, chocolatey, creamy (I do good splash of coconut milk). It definitely helps me relax and sleep well, without being overly sedative and without any kind of “hang-over” or grogginess in the AM (as is the case for some with melatonin). This is their one option that is melatonin-free, and has all of the exact same ingredients/quanity as their original formula (just sans melatonin). I love it and am on my 2nd package now!

Getting a good nights rest at my age
It took a couple days for it to actually work and once it did start working, oh my gosh, I’ve been sleeping like a baby wake up no groins from you know like a pharmaceutical pill. It’s all natural and it works. You can knock me out. I’ll knock anybody out.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Was really hoping this would work. It tastes great, but did nothing to help me fall asleep. I consistently used it for a month, but the result was dismal. No improved sleep, in fact mostly no sleep at all. Insomnia is frustrating, so don’t add to your frustration by wasting money on this.

Nice way to end a day.
This is so helpful if you have trouble sleeping . It mixes well with milk of your choice or water, it also tastes great. It is pricey but I do recommend trying for yourself.

I’m on my second package now and I love it. I’m not groggy in the morning I feel rested when I wake up and I love the flavor! I highly recommend.
