I believe this to be the funniest film of all time with a truly exceptional pay off line. This movie is in a class of its own and I love it. Tony Curtis and Jack Lemon are brilliant as the hapless musicians who witness a gangland killing and escape dressed as women and befriend Marilyn Monroe joining an all female band. This movie is truly exceptional.

Can't go wrong with this movie. It's a classic. Brilliant acting, scripting and so much more.

Amazing service

This arrived today from a great seller and a great price. Watching now and the 4k bluray PQ is so good. This film has never looked better We all know it's a classic comedy. Well it's a classic comedy that is a classicly essential 4k bluray. There aren't many classic comedies out on 4k. Make sure you get this one.

Decent Blu-ray release. Would be inclined to give it a better review but once again light on extras compared to DVD. Not sure if this is a compatibility issue with player but appears as if it shows 2 frames at once in scene in yacht making action jump.

Not only a classic but arguably the funniest film ever made. And by a classic I mean it can be viewed time and again with pleasure. The director Billy Wilder showed his versatility by also making the superb Double Indemnity and the brilliant Sunset Boulevard. Some Like It Hot is quite a long film, nearly 2 hours, and more amusing, I find, when watched in two parts (so that one brings fresh energy to the ending), so the ideal format is VHS where one can pick up directly where one left off. Many don't have video machines anymore, but I'd recommend this format for this film if you do.

The 4K release of 'Some Like It Hot' is absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the film's brilliance with unparalleled clarity. However, it's incomprehensible why Marilyn's other films, especially those in radiant color, haven't been given the same treatment. It's a crime against cinema history and her legacy! When will they get the recognition they so rightfully deserve?!

One of the most hilarious movies I’ve ever seen! I watch it over and over and it still cracks me up. Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon are absolutely perfect in this movie. I never realized how funny Marilyn Monroe was until watching this movie. The way Curtis and Lemmon impersonate women is over the top hysterical. The pursing of the lips the trying to walk in high heels the higher pitched voices to sound more ‘female’ every part of this movie is just side splitting hilarious. Lmao every time I watch it. If you’re looking for a truly great comedy to lift your spirits and make you laugh so hard your eyes water check this gem out. You will not regret it. It has quickly become one of my favorites and I know if I need a good laugh all I have to do is plug this one into the good ol’ dvd player and all my worries disappear. Perfect escape from today’s crazy world.
