Not really sure if this works for everyone. It didn't seem to work for me.

I’ve only been taking this for about 3 to 4 weeks now. At this point, I am using the drops at night because they are seeming to help me sleep better, especially falling asleep. I’m not sure if I can feel “less stressed “, but maybe that’s a sign of being able to sleep easier. I’m an insomniac so sleep issues are a constant for me. I’ll plan on trying it for another 30 days to see if it helps with any weight loss types of affects. That would definitely be a plus! The taste is kind of neutral for me. It’s not bad. Some may be more sensitive. I don’t know. But I say try it out.
