Game changing supplement that dramatically improves 1) Energy 2) Mood and 3) Sleep - amazing...
I decided to try Triumph based on all the strong reviews and I've been using it for about 11 days now. It truly is amazing and I've had some great benefits. Pros: 1) Better Mood: Triumph has definitely helped my overall state of mind and I seem to be more positive and in less of a fog in the mornings, for sure. I'd say it has improved my mood by about 30%. 2) More Energy: I am able to really go at it at work and in the gym and get home at 8PM and still have enough energy to get more done. I'd say it has improved my energy by about 20% or possibly even more. 3) Much Better Sleep: I stopped taking sleeping potions to get me to sleep at night for the 1st time in maybe 20 years. I used to drink Night quill every night for about 15 years- Yes, I know that is really bad... and then I started taking a supposedly safer alternative 95% of the evenings the past 5 years to get me to sleep. Well, Triumph has enabled me to COMPLETELY STOP taking sleeping pills/potions for the 1st time in a few decades... which is fantastic. Triumph somehow gives me more energy during the day BUT it also makes me VERY, VERY TIRED at about 11pm when I want to go to sleep which is amazing. I also wake up less during the night. I had tried the Legion Lunar sleeping aid in the past - only for a few days but I did not really notice any improvement in sleep. Triumph, on the other hand, knocks me out at the right sleeping time every night - fantastic and amazing. Cons: 1) Gas. I had read many the reviews complaining of the garlic burps but I did not experience those. Instead, I started farting like a machine in the mornings. Loud, booming - Viral YouTube type farts that I had to share with my wife, of course. :) Well, that lasted for a few days but it has ceased the past 4 days or so. I don't know why and I don't really care - this supplement is a keeper. Conclusion: easily the best supplement I have ever purchased and I realized benefits within 4 days of taking it. I will definitely get my wife to try it and perhaps even my son. Congrats on developing a game changing supplement that will benefit thousands. I am actually grateful you guys created this supplement. Keep up the fantastic work!

Wow! Great for men in their 40โs!
This stuff is phenomenal! Iโm 47 with a very active lifestyle. Iโm gym, and run mostly every morning. I do Jiu Jitsu 2-3 times a week. I mountain bike, hike and live on great energy with great food. Iโve tried so many supplements and vitamins and I found this on accident since my Transparent Labs ran out of stock. My 1st Phorm was great and never complained, just pricey as always.. Looked into this brand and this is my first product from Legion. I am overwhelmed and amazed how these vitamins make me feel! It does say take 8 but Iโm on day 3 and only take 4.. So not sure if itโs even better taking 8, but Iโm pissing like a racehorse right now and itโs feeling great! Lolโฆ Worth the buy, letโs see how I feel in a month or 2โฆ THANK YOU LEGION! Iโm definitely going to try their other stuff next!!

High-Quality, Natural Ingredients โ Just Pricey
What I really liked about LEGION Triumph is that the vitamins come from natural, well-sourced ingredients rather than the cheaper synthetic forms you see in many multivitamins. That was a big reason I chose it in the first place. The formula feels thoughtfully designed, and I appreciated knowing I was taking something made with quality in mind. I never had any stomach discomfort, and overall it felt like a premium daily vitamin that covered everything I needed. The only downside for me was the price. Itโs definitely a higher-end product, and over time I decided to move to a more budget-friendly option. That said, if you value naturally sourced vitamins and a well-formulated menโs multi, this one is excellent and worth considering.

Most incredible supplement I have tried.
I am a fan of Mike Matthews and the products he comes out with. Unlike many supplements that just have a corporate name behind them, the Legion line is probably some of the best quality ingredients you can find in similar products. What I like about Legion is you can go on their website and see what ingredients and in the product and why they are in the product. It's not like many other supplements where you can't find any research to back up why it's in the product. I was excited by the ingredient list in the Triumph multivitamin. I knew when I started taking this I would be able to stop buying garlic and ZMA supplements. The price is a little more expensive than other multi vitamins but the ingredients don't even come close from the competition. This is truly the best supplement and athletic person can take. I wanted to wait over a week before writing this review to have a good idea what this product is capable of. The first couple of days I didn't feel much of an effect. I improved my diet and took grains out of my diet. Believe it or not grains can block a lot of nutrients from being absorbed in your body. Roughly three days after starting Triumph I began to have tremoundous energy. I work out hard in the morning before work and then spend about 12 hours on my butt in an office. It's hard to keep energy sitting all day. With Triumph I feel great and don't feel sluggish during the day. My spirits seem to be elevated and I don't have any soreness after my workouts. In this last week my workouts have improved dramatically. I haven't added any other supplements so I know it's Triumph working the magic. I have tried numerous supplements over the past year and have never noticed any dramatic differences. Taking Triumph everything has changed. I can say this multivitamin has been amazing and I will continue to push myself to new extremes. Tommorow will be a 20 mile hike. I don't want to stop and thankfully either does my body. Legion has found a customer for life. Thank you for bringing this amazing product out....

Great Product But Limited Availability
Amazing product but trying to get this in a timely fashion is so frustrating. I used to order direct but then it would take 7-10 days to get an order if I needed to adjust the delivery date (even 2+ weeks in advance!), started going through Amazon for faster delivery and now thatโs no longer an option here either. Legion really needs to figure out how to keep up with demand for their product because itโs definitely worth the money.

Buy it!
After about 2 weeks of use, I'm ready to put this in my top 3 supplements, along with creatine and vitamin D3. I've tried various supplements over the years, and often I can tell no difference when taking them or not taking them. For example, I take Legion's fish oil and joint health supplements and I'm not sure I notice any difference with or without them. I'll probably continue to take the fish oil because everyone says fish oil is good for you, but I don't know that I'll continue with the joint supplement. Funny enough, creatine was a supplement that I didn't realize how well it worked until I quit taking it and my performance in the gym suffered greatly. Vitamin D3 has been a miracle for me. I get sick rarely, and when I do the illnesses are much more short lived. So all of this preamble is so you understand where I'm coming from when I start taking a new supplement. I was skeptical that I'd feel anything by taking Triumph, and at half a daily serving no less (since it's not exactly cheap!). I've tried other multivitamins, why should this be different? So I think on the third day of taking Triumph I noticed I had an energy, a verve, that I just NEVER have. As I recall, I don't think I thought much of it that day, but when I had the same feeling the next day I knew something was up. The only thing different was the Triumph. In the ensuing days, I noticed more energy and better mood overall. There are days when I almost feel borderline euphoric. Remember, this is at only a half serving! The other thing that really struck me was that before taking Triumph, if I were to work out three days in a row I'd really be dragging on that third day. Just recently I had a string of working out five days in a row, and I had to force myself to stay out of the gym on the sixth day! These were five really good workouts, too! I don't know what more I can say here, other than I highly recommend it!

Not perfect but the best there is. - UPDATED x3
EDIT 06/21/2021: I have been taking this multi every day for the last several years. despite my misgivings, it is still the best I've found. HOWEVER, the last 2 bottles (bought a second one ahead of schedule to test) have caused some kind of allergic reaction. They cause me to go red all over my body and break out in hives. There is an uncomfortable warming and itching as well. This feels a bit like a niacin flush, but something is not right. Something has changed and the ingredients are not represented accurately. THIS ITEM IS CURRENTLY DANGEROUS AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSUMED. EDIT 04/21/2016: Despite Mike's (the owner) assurances in the comments below, the pictures on Amazon have not been changed after several months. This product has numerous inaccuracies including the new inclusion of Soy. The pictures show the old formulation that proudly declared there was no Soy, while the new formulation does indeed include Soy. Not only should this ingredient not be included, but the listing should accurately represent what you are buying. I've lowered my rating to 1 star based on this information and would recommend that you look elsewhere for a good multi for the time being. EDIT 12/28/2015: Yes, the formulation did used to have Copper and is still shown in the picture on the Amazon listing. However, the new formulation (I thought they were only changing suppliers) does not have Copper according to the Legion website. As of today, the formulation listed on Amazon is not the same as the formulation on the Legion website. I'm knocking off another star for the discrepancy. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the best multivitamin I have found on the market. It's not perfect, but I'm going to keep taking it. Existing Reviews: Let me start by adding some sanity to some of the existing reviews. Many reviewers are pointing out that other multivitamins have more of specific vitamins and nutrients. This may be true, but in the real world, more does not always equal better. If you care enough about health and fitness to write a review, you should know this. In the case of Triumph, Legion has a wonderful explanation on their website for why each amount of each ingredient was chosen. No one has a patent on the ingredients; you are in part paying for the formulation. For this reason alone, this is the best multi on the market. They didn't get it perfect, but close. Another trend with reviewers is to complain about having to take 8 pills. So if you don't want to take 4 in one gulp of water at breakfast you take 2 with a gulp of water and 2 more with another gulp of water? How is that onerous or burdensome? The shortcut of taking fewer pills doesn't provide any tangible benefit so why pretend it is an issue? The bottle is a 1 month supply, that's the most important thing. The final common complaint I've noticed is that people taking the multi don't "feel" anything. I take this (any) multi because I know from my diet I am likely missing some essential nutrients. Many of these are required in such small amounts and their adverse effects so cumulative that a bottle of Triumph isn't going to be the pill from Limitless (the movie, not that awful tv show). This (any multi) is an insurance policy. Pros: Vitamin C 90mg - great. This vitamin has virtually no effect on immune support and this low amount is great. Potassium - This is a trace amount, but often overlooked in a multi. Bravo Zinc 30mg - As essentially the only nutrient to be highly associated with immune support, this is a good amount for daily consumption. Calcium 10mg - this is spot on. Calcium has little effect on bone density and may be associated with degenerative brain issues. Is this from dietary Calcium, I don't know, but I'll take mine in small doses thank you very much. I just want enough to bind with oxalates I might eat and keep my thyroid happy. Vitamin D 2000 IU - this is a good amount to maintain Vitamin D levels while avoiding the Vitamin D paradox wherein all-cause mortality increases after initially declining as levels rise. It seems out of place in the formulation, but I love the emphasis on blood pressure and anti-inflammatory ingredients. I've always had slightly high blood pressure I run a solid healthy blood pressue when taking this supplement. Cons: Did the formula change? I could have sworn this used to contain copper. Was there a blog post at the Legion website that I missed concerning the differences? Magnesium Stearate? This cost reducing measure could possibly harm the bioavailability of some nutrients. How about Calcium Laurate instead? This seems like a poor choice here. Magnesium Stearate is GRAS, but I'm not sold. Vitamin K1 and K2 at 500 and 100 mcg respectively - a little low on the K2 to help process the D. We should just call it 150 and 200 mcg respectively. There are numerous poor choices such as Pyridoxine HCl when you should be using the active Pyridoxal 5-phosphate. Riboflavin isn't specified for some reason but I would bet it is an HCl also. You got the B12 and Levomefolic acid correct so why not go all the way? On a related note, where are the chelates? Another cost reducing choice that harms bioavailability. Where's the Copper, Manganese, and Molybdenum? Conclusion: This multi is not perfect, but I can't find a better one. I've looked at Optimen, Exos, and many others, but this one makes the most educated choices.

What good are multivitamins?
What do multivitamins do besides give you neon atomic horse pee? I don't know. And I don't know anybody who really does. They say stuff like "it fills in holes in your diet," or "it's healthy," but nobody seems to truly know or be able to point to any noticeable difference between when they take them and when they don't. I think we all basically figure that we eat like crap, so let's pay $20 a month or so for something that might help mitigate that. I don't eat like crap, but I figure no matter what I do I will probably be missing something, so I throw in my twenty bucks and feel like I'm accomplishing something, though I don't notice anything different other than the aforementioned radioactive pee. I recently stumbled onto the Legion Triumph multivitamin. It's about double what I was paying, but I liked a lot of what Mike Matthews, founder of Legion Supplements, had to say. I still didn't really expect it to work, but I figured the worst that could happen was I would be out an extra 20 bucks for weird pee. For the people who like to whine about everything, there are a couple negligible inconveniences with this multivitamin. Yes, the taste isn't incredible, though I've never had a multivitamin that I would confuse with a gumdrop. It's a very slight taste and this issue can easily be remedied by swallowing quickly. If you can handle something on your tongue for less than five seconds that doesn't taste like fluffy cloud candy, you should be just fine. The smell, same. Again, it's very slight. If you don't like the smell, you can easily solve this by not sticking your nose in the bottle. Short of doing that, I've never noticed an odor to them at all. Also, yes, you have to take quite a few of them (four with lunch and four more with dinner *gasp!*). So if you don't have time in your busy schedule to take several pills every day, this may not be for you. But if you're an adult who can handle minor inconveniences without sobbing and soiling yourself, this multivitamin is definitely worth it. If you look at the list of ingredients and how much there is of each, you will quickly figure out why it requires so many pills. You may also notice, as I did, that you feel remarkably better when you take them. Like I said, I assumed these pills weren't going to work, so I'm not a victim of the placebo effect. I have a consistent stream of energy throughout the day and find my gym workout goes better, too. What I also noticed, which really surprised me, is how much better I started sleeping once I had been using this product for several days. I suck at a lot of things, but there are few I'm worse at than sleeping. My body is usually done at around four hours. Since taking Triumph, I've been sleeping seven to eight hours a night. I didn't even realize that was something a multivitamin could accomplish. If you have to snivel and gripe whenever things aren't exactly perfect, you may want to continue looking for a multivitamin. But if you can handle the minor issues of less-than-ideal-taste and smell, and having to take a lot of pills each day, I think you'll find the benefits are well worth it. I'm so glad I found this multivitamin and an investing my money in something that is actually benefiting me instead of just flushing money down the toilet. I did NOT receive this product at a discount price for an "honest review." I paid full price and will continue to do so happily and for the same reason I gave it five stars: it works.

Excellent product and you're getting what you pay for
OK so I waited a while before I wrote this review because its a supplement and needs time for an honest look. So in all honestly I felt that the effects of these vitamins were felt within the first few days of taking them. I noticed an improved general mood, despite some bad sleeping the last few days I've not been left completely non-functional (which is my norm) and my training has been a good constant level since being on the vits. I will compare these to those I was taken before which for a 28 day course cost ยฃ24.99 and from a 'bespoke' online retailer (VITL). Those 'vitamins' did nothing for me in general, I didn't feel any better taking them or when I skipped a few doses, my training suffered as a result of the fact that I've been on a cut for the last 8 weeks (So I swapped out half way through to Triumph) and genrally my sleep wasn't as good, I didn't feel rested and my mood fluctuated a lot. I've taken vitamins for the last 14 years. Some good some bad some just didn't seem to do anything at all (though don't get me wrong I'm not looking for massive reactions from my vitamins). Triumph does deliver some kicks to your purse strings, by far these are the most expensive pot of vits I've ever bought however, you are getting what you pay for in these guys. A very decent uplift in mood and a good general improvement to weight training and cardio outputs. When compared to other vitamins on the market I would say some will deliver an equally impressive mood booster (I've taken some where your urine turns so luminous going at night was like a Pink Floyd laser light show) and you're bouncing off the walls with happiness, but you're also taking 12 pills a day the size of a suppository. Conclusion, would I recommend? Yes Would I buy again? Yes Do I wish they were a bit cheaper? Yes, of course but I understand why they are not and I would rather have the quality.

Best Multivitamin I've Ever Taken
I follow Mikes workout routine Bigger Leaner Stronger and it has done wonders for my fitness so when I heard he was setting up a nutrition company I was expecting like all the others. His face or name on a bottle and some company selling it on his behalf with sawdust padding out the ingredients, but when delving deeper I saw that this may be the only supplement you may have to take ever (except for Fish/Krill Oil) Have been thinking to pull the trigger on this for a while, was always thinking the price was a little steep and the number of pills was excessive (recommended 8 per day) but when you take into the account the number of vitamins in here that you would never find in any other one on the market you would be looking at paying at least 5 times this to do so and none have the mental supplements in them, just my bottle of Aswhanga for a month cost me 15 pounds. Have been taking them for 2 weeks now and can feel a slight improvement in mood, more energy at the gym and at better sense of well being but ultimately these are not like the limitless pills so don't expect to gain superpowers or anything l but I would highly recommend these for all the benefits mentioned above, the pills are not as big as some have stated perhaps they were in the last batch they are not softgels and have a powder substance inside them but they are very easy to swallow and have no problem doing so every day and breakfast and lunch. Just ordered my second case for next month.
