Tasty vitamin gummies
Our boy loves these. Such a great way to get vitamins into them. We use these for bribery to get his skin cream on for his eczema so it is an absolute win win. Good value for money.

A great alternative to traditional fish oil supplements.
As a grandparent, finding a supplement that my grandkids will actually enjoy taking can be a challenge, but these Kids Omega 3, 6 & 9 Gummies have been a hit. They are sugar-free, vegan, and gluten-free, which aligns well with our family’s dietary choices of being sugar free and gluten free. The fact that they are plant-based is a significant bonus for me. I like knowing that my grandchildren are getting their essential omega fatty acids without the nasty fishy aftertaste of my youth (cod liver oil on a spoon style). Each gummy is also packed with 8 essential vitamins that support my grandchildrens overall health. The taste is quite pleasant ... my kids actually ask for them and I have to keep them hidden from the youngest as if she had her way, she would eat them like sweets. These gummies have a nice chewiness that makes them a fun treat rather than a chore. My only reason for not giving a full five stars is that I wish there were a bit more in the month supply; with two active kids, we go through them fairly quickly. However, I would definitely recommend these gummies as a tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fish oil supplements.

Vey tasty but seems very low on key ingredients
This is an extremely tasty Omega 3, 6 and 9 supplement for kids. The supplement comes in gummy form and with the delicious flavour will not be difficult to get children taking them. They are also sugar free. The Omega ingredients come from ALA (alpha-linolenic acid). There are also a range of other vitamins and minerals included so if also giving children a multi vitamin, you may want to check dosage wise whether this is a suitable addition. The other ingredients are Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, D3, E and Niacin and Biotin. The amount of APA and therefore the ingredients Omega 3, 6 and 9 in this supplement does seem low. There is 100mg of ALA in this supplement. Recommendations for supplements for ALA for children range from 900mg for 4-8 year olds and slightly more as they get older. The low amounts of ALA translate to low amounts of Omega . Overall a nice supplement that is easy to take but just seems low on the key ingredient and too many other ingredients if also taken with a multivitamin.
