I absolutely love MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin + Hair Growth! Unlike most vitamins that taste awful, this one is genuinely yummy (I have the peach mango flavor, and it’s delicious). It makes taking my daily dose something I look forward to. Since starting it about 8 months ago, I’ve noticed a real difference in my hair – it’s thicker, healthier, shinier, and growing so much better. Even my hairdresser commented on how much improved it looks without me saying anything! I’ve attached my own before-and-after photos (taken 8 months apart) so you can see the results for yourself. I store the bottle in the fridge as recommended, and I’ve gotten into a super easy routine: I keep the little measuring cup right on top of the lid. While waiting for my coffee to brew in the morning, I pour my “shot,” drink it, rinse the cup, and pop it back on the lid for tomorrow. So convenient! I started hrt pellets over a year ago, and once I did.. there went my hair. Coming out in literal clumps, I would shed all day long, huge amounts. Forget about when I washed it.. sooo much came out. Then, brushing it after I got out of the shower.. more clumps. I don’t know how I still had hair tbh. I was even on prescription hair loss medication that did absolutely nothing. I would dread even touching my hair, because it would just fall out. This stuff is expensive. No denying that. But, it works. It’s not an overnight miracle, really not even a 2 month miracle. It takes time to work. At least for me. I was going to give up after the second month, because I didn’t notice too much of a difference.. but I had it on autoship, and forgot to cancel, so I received another bottle and thought, might as well. Welll obviously after that 3rd month.. I’m hooked, and have to purchase this stuff on the regular now. I still shed, mainly on hair wash days after I get out of the shower, but it’s a “normal” amount now, NOTHING like it was before. It’s getting thicker, and there’s tons of little hairs coming in everywhere. I also think it might be helping my acne a little too. I went on vacation for a week and forgot to bring the vitamin with me (I was devastated when I realized I forgot it at home) and by the time I got back, my skin was broken out again. I haven’t noticed much as far as energy level goes, but maybe it’s helping with that too. Idk, but I’ll stay on it just for the hair benefit. It’s wild how much it’s helped. My eyelashes are even long again. The taste isn’t horrible. I used to mix it with a little juice, but now I don’t even do that anymore. I just take 1 tbsp straight and chase it with juice. It’s just really vitaminy (well aware that that’s not a word 🙃) tasting. It’s expensive , but worth it if you’re having hair loss from medications etc. This stuff isn’t going to restore your hair follicles if you’re balding, though. That’s a whole different story. But it will stimulate growth if you’ve got some shedding issues. 10/10 recommend. ✌🏻

Yes it is more on the expensive side, but whoever is tired of taking all the different pills and don’t want to take another multivitamin pill try the liquid. It’s really making a difference. It’s so easy to use just 2 tablespoons in the morning or one in the morning one at night whatever suits you the best and it makes the difference in your whole day. The energy is back it taste good. It’s easy to use and easy to swallow so the vitamin qualities seems to be fine and doing a great job.

I'll start by saying, I usually use your basic "hair, skin, and nails" type of vitamin. I do have a lot of hair, I wouldn't say its thinning but, I noticed on one side of my hairline there's a little spot that looks thinner! Noticeable to me anyway. Which made me look intobthis product. Also, I usually wash my my hair anywhere between 3-5 days, just depends on how much product I've used and what I've been doing. We all know we shead hair everyday, so by the time I wash my hair, it looks scary! Especially after conditioning in the shower and even after, while I'm putting in my leave in conditioner. With all that being said, I wanted to try this product. And it's NOT cheap, I bought the smaller bottle which is like a 2 week supply for around $25 and that was on sale, because i just looked again and its back to $31. I believe the 1 month supply is $74. Anyway, it tastes fine, wouldn't say good or bad, it has a mild vitamin taste, fine with me because thats what it is. Very easy to take. I got the peach mango, I'll try the dragon fruit next time. I take it first thing in the morning before food or my protein shake, NO ISSUES. Normally if I take vitamins on an empty stomach, I will feel nauseous. AFTER FOUR DAYS, I just washed my hair, and the hair shead was minimal! I mean a FRACTION of was it usually is! In the shower and after detangling! Wasn't expecting that, definitely impressed, because I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth the money giving this a try for a few months. I'm absolutely going to! I dont imagine that was some fluke hair washing, if it was I will update. I can't speak on any of the other claims just yet, but if I start seeing improvements I will also update. There's some 20%off coupon codes out there, it could come out to about two bucks a day. I've spent more for less. Thats me justifying the price in my mind lol I'm glad I tried this!

I’ve tested this starting 10/13/2024 while also getting a filtered shower head. I had the liquid vitamin first and was taking it and then stopped to see which worked better the vitamin or the filtered shower head. I stopped for a brief bit of taking this and realized I must be lacking something that these vitamins helped with. My hair was falling out in clumps. Started taking this and my hair stopped falling out. I stopped taking it (again to test if it was the filtered shower head or the vitamins) and turned out it’s the vitamins. Also it being in liquid form helps me so much. I have tried pills in the past and a lot of different pills to take and I had a feeling of them being stuck in my throat constantly even if there was nothing there but it felt like it. Also I do not get sick after taking this, whereas as with pills even if I ate before taking them and digesting some I would still get a sick feeling. I also feel better taking this and have energy when lately I have felt exhausted before I found this. Honestly for what it does is worth the money and they make it easier for me avoiding taking pills/gummies. Honest opinion on the smell it wasn’t the best smell but it wasn’t bad either. Taste, is good I cannot complain about the taste. I prefer just peach over mango but the blend is nice. I have looked at other items from Mary Ruth’s as well as I just bought this one as a tester to see how it worked and I will be buying others since this one really works! My hair has grown but also without it falling out in clumps helps me keep more of my hair and give it a chance to grow instead of losing more. I wouldn’t say it is a rapid growth like over night but my hair has grown a bit faster in the last couple months than it has my entire life. I’m hoping this will help my hair continue to grow and grow past the middle of my shoulder blades as my hair seems to stop there. If not that’s okay because my hair, as mentioned stopped falling out and I will take that over anything. 😊 I hope this review helps you take the jump like I did!
