Well, I procrastinated way too long. I was told about sea moss and all of the ingredients in this supplement. The first two days of taking this sea moss, my body must have been so depleted of the vitamins and minerals that this product has to offer because the first two days about a half an hour later after taking them I could feel something and trust me it was not the placebo effect! I didn't even think about it, I just took them. However now 3 weeks into taking this supplement, my body has had time to acclimate and build levels that are very very beneficial. I noticed I have more energy. I can't swallow capsules, so I open it and stir it in juice or sprinkle it on my food. It has no taste to me. Make sure you eat because it can do a little something to your stomach. Nothing major thank God just a little rumble in the intestines lol! If you eat enough like a nice breakfast or a decent lunch it'll be fine. If I take it with dinner I eat early because I have energy to get on my walking pad or dance. I like that it has all these great ingredients. I'm happy with this product.

This product arrived quickly. Sealed completely. And reading the reviews, I was excited to get started on working on my health journey. I took one capsule. (it says take 2) For 3 days, and by the 4th day, I was truly amazed! I was energized. Clear-headed Focused. Finished the rest of the week, doing the things I needed to get done. Work, going to the doctor, cleaning, and even going to the gym with no issues. Normally, I tell myself I'll do that tomorrow. lol... I slept very well. No bloating like I always have. I must write about this product. I’ma real person looking for real results and I’ve found it. I’m 48 years old and I’ve been tiered not wanting to do much dragging always in bed after work. I wasn’t sleeping all night. I have been taking this Sea Moss Black Seed Oil 4 days now and I have noticed a drastic difference in my daily activity. The first day I took them I had a burst of energy and didn’t notice it until my mom said something. Wednesday, I got off work happy energetic. I gave this product 4 stars I've been taking them for about a week I really don't feel anything just yet maybe a little energy but I have type 2 diabetes so I'm always tired but I like that it's all in one and has a lot of the things I need to stay healthy.
